There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Je hoort het een beetje, ongeacht in welke kamer je verblijft, maar de impact is erg klein. Ik denk dat ik goed kan uitrusten als ik het raam met uitzicht op het hogesnelheidstreinstation sluit (het is zo magisch dat ik denk dat dit hotel naast het spoor als ”rustig” kan worden beoordeeld). Het ontbijt is redelijk goed. Hoewel het niet heel uitgebreid is, is de variatie groot en de kwaliteit is ook goed. De omgeving van het hotel is niet erg druk en er zijn niet veel plekken om op loopafstand te bezoeken. Gelukkig is het gemakkelijk om een ​​taxi te vinden en zijn er veel restaurants binnen tien minuten rijden. Je hebt ook het gevoel dat dit een nieuw gebied is met brede wegen en weinig mensen. Het is ook minder druk dan de oude stad Luoyang. Er is nog een voordeel: de dagtourbus naar het Laojun-gebergte heeft een halte op een paar honderd meter ten noorden, wat erg handig is voor toeristen die deze route hebben.

Breakfast was empty, nothing to eat at 8:30 AM..... an army of old people ate everything and the hotel staff doesn't care to refill basic things like Bao zi, tea eggs, amd rice porridge. The gym looks pretty decent at the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are good quality. The walls and carpet are dirty.

We had a very comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Zhengdong. The hotel is clean, classic, and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and quiet, which allowed us to rest very well after long days of travel. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options, suitable for adults and children. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. Overall, a reliable and pleasant stay. We would definitely choose Holiday Inn Zhengzhou again when visiting the city.

Was very happy to find such a great modern hotel not far from Luoyang Longmen station. Location: relatively not far from metro station, but if you would like to go by foot with luggage, be ready that the road is not luggage-friendly. Picked that location to be close to high-speed railway station, and it was very convenient to get there. Breakfast: amazing, have all required types of food, everything is delicious. Other conveniences: small sports gym and laundry room are very easy to use. On the first floor next to reception you will find free snacks and tea, that is very convenient. Attractions: easy enough to get to main attractions of the city by public transport/taxi, didn’t have problems with it. Around hotel there is s lot of tasty restaurants. Staff: people in the hotel are very friendly and can share information if needed. Completely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean, spacious and in a nice location. It is 15 mins car ride away from Longmen Grotto and Guan lin is nearby. Theres shops and a local market in morning, and night street food in the evening located just across the road.
