"Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26). Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.  Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!  Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!  Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat. For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!  On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!! We thank everyone at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant, especially Xiao Shuang for the lovely stay and the wonderful memories from Harbin! 谢谢🙏！"

"Hotel is located in the city centre next to 步行街 (walking street) and it’s less than 8 mins walk from Mudangjiang train station . Received good service from front desk. This hotel offer entrance ticket to guests to use their 8号温泉 Hotspring bathhouse. Very good to rest, relax and have a good rub back"

De service was erg behulpzaam, vriendelijk en vooral professioneel. Er was ook een welkomssnack voorzien. Het ontbijt was Chinees, het eten varieerde elke dag. Het was aangenaam. Een paar dingen waren echter oud en versleten. Dit gaf de kamer de indruk van voormalige luxe. Alles, inclusief de liften, was echter erg schoon. Over het algemeen een aangenaam verblijf."

"We stayed at the Shangri-La Harbin Horizon Club for three nights and were thoroughly satisfied. Great location with easy access everywhere, clean room, friendly staff overall. A lovely Reception staff named Gao, Zhongpeng was extremely warm and helpful. I contacted her online prior to arrival; she not only changed a more suitable room type tailored for our family ( 2 adults and one 10 yr) than the original one I booked , but also answered all my questions patiently, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience for the whole family trip."

"Very collapsed stay! Sanitary conditions are very poor! First of all, the fruit plate is very dirty, and the fruit is not washed. I have to wash it myself. We booked 3 rooms together, and the amount of dirty fruit was less than other houses. Secondly, the bath towels were very dirty. After taking a bath, I need to use a bath towel. I saw that there is a disinfection cabinet. I was very happy. After opening it, I found that the front bath towel was not neatly stacked. I was afraid that it was not clean. I specially took the neat bath towel stacked at the back. I was itchy at the back. I took a closer look at the bath towel. There are brown hard substances attached to the bath towel in two places. Very disgusting! Hurry up and take a shower again. I just had to go to bed after washing. When I lifted the quilt, there was a mosquito corpse on the bed. It was too collapsed and disgusting. [Tears] [Tears] [Tears] At this time, it was more than 3 in the morning. I thought the service staff had slept. I had to bear it. I wanted to use a pillowcase to cushion it on it. I took a look at it carefully. The pillowcase is dirty again [crazy] [crazy] [crazy] I have lived in so many hotels and encountered so many problems for the first time. At the beginning, I wanted to do this. As soon as we said, it is estimated that the waiter will have to be criticized for deducting wages and endure it. Later, I couldn't bear it. If we didn't say that the waiter was always so irresponsible, how dirty and dangerous, and what to do if there was an infectious disease! And the front desk reaction, the front desk waiters were very good, and apologised. We are not for the check-out payment. Since we live, we are not bad for these money, as if we want to compensate for the porcelain! I just felt that it affected the travel mood very much and it was almost collapsed! At that time, I booked a hotel. I wanted to set Sheraton. After seeing Lisboa, it was five diamonds. The most important thing was the newly opened one, so I chose Lisboa. I don't know how to rated 5 diamonds. The curtain box in the room still leaks light, not completely avoid light! It rained last night, and the rain was set on a tin roof. It was jingling all night. Can't it be handled as a silent roof? Is this still 5 diamonds? It's so crazy [crazy] [crazy] [crazy] will never choose this one again! It should be said that his breakfast is still very good for the time being, and there are many varieties!"

"Good location close to a metro station. Great service and nice complementary afternoon tea with cakes. Breakfast is average, mostly Chinese dishes, no cold drink options and no cheese. Staff upgraded our room for free, which is nice, but the room was right next to the elevators and the sound of the elevators moving up and down was too loud. The room was spacious and clean so we decided to stay. If we were to stay here again, we would request a room farther from the elevators."
