Few bugs passed on the foyer, other than that it was clean. The rooms were freezing, however reception managed to work the heating and gave a blanket, The food was sent the best, but was food and I was hungry. Service was really good though, no issues. The roof top bar was closed, would have been great if it was open to watch the storm. The pool looked great but didn’t use it,

Great hotel and location. Has everything you need within walking distance. Restaurants bars and casino just downstairs. Pool was lovely. More restaurants and Pac Fair mall just across the street. 5 min walk to the beach. We even walked to Draculas Cabaret for some evening entertainment one night. Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was clean. Would stay here again. The only down side was having to pay extra for parking. It’s $20 a day.

The service staff is very good. There is a shuttle to the bus station. Traveling into the city is convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop. Breakfast is provided. But every evening each day there will be a different meal served. The rooms are clean, fragrant, and the mattresses are very soft.

Very nice room with good layout and spacious enough. Near pool and restaurant, I'm glad it was a quiet Monday night and not a weekend otherwise noise could have been an issue. Good service and tasty food. The place had a nice atmosphere, great to meet friends or family and enjoy the ambience.

Accommodation was great, good mattress, amenities and space as well as bathroom was great and clean ! Make me feel very comfortable staying there, the only thing is I believe was too expensive for just one night staying but overall staff was very friendly:)

Shampoo, conditioner en douchegel zijn aanwezig. Tandenborstels zijn niet aanwezig. Er is geen schoonmaakservice, dus handdoeken en tissues kunnen bij de receptie worden aangevraagd. Er waren strandhanddoeken, badhanddoeken, gezichtsdoekjes, kleine handdoeken en een badmat aanwezig. De locatie is goed. Het is ongeveer 5 minuten rijden of 30 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Het zwembad is geopend van 7.00 tot 22.00 uur. Er is een gratis waterdispenser. Er was een Japanner bij de receptie die erg behulpzaam was! Een shuttlebus vanaf de luchthaven kost $25 voor een enkele reis, en Uber kost ongeveer $100, dus ik raad aan om de shuttlebus van tevoren online te reserveren. Met een retourticket bespaar je ongeveer $5. De prijs was redelijk, het was schoon, de locatie was goed en het was in veel opzichten handig! Al met al 100 punten.

Er zijn vrijwel geen Aziaten in het hele hotel, alleen Europeanen en Amerikanen, maar de meesten van hen zijn erg vriendelijk. De manager was niet erg makkelijk om mee te praten. De jeugdherberg adverteerde met gratis annuleren, maar dat was het niet. Ik heb twee bestellingen ingediend en heb een verzoek ingediend om er een te annuleren. Toen ik bij het hotel aankwam, waren ze allebei geannuleerd. Hij gaf ook Ctrip de schuld. Ik was erg boos omdat ik wist dat dit soort problemen nooit bij het klantenserviceteam van Ctrip zouden voorkomen. Het is bijna onmogelijk om te communiceren als je geen goed Engels spreekt. Andere faciliteiten zijn prima. Het goede is dat ik de bedden hier fijn vind en dat elke kamer een aparte doucheruimte heeft. De locatie is absoluut goed. Het is geen probleem om in 5 minuten naar het strand Gold Coast Paradise te lopen. Er is ook een winkelstraat in de buurt, waar u prima kunt winkelen en eten.

We enjoyed the stay, the apartment was clean and had good facilities including washing machines, dryers and dish washer. It is in walking distance to waterfront, supermarket and good restaurants.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and clearly recently renovated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage safely in a locked baggage room. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with clean and very attractive pool areas surrounded by lush plants. In the early evening, you can even see fruit bats flying over the property, which adds a special touch to the atmosphere. The hotel is a bit further away from the city centre, but only 15min from the airport.
