"We came thinking the resto and bar would be open, but found out we were there out of season. We booked on Trip.com which didn't have the details on the closure for low season, so check the website for details depending on the time of year. Otherwise the place was nice, parking was easy, and the view from the hotel was great. It's about a 7 minute drive up from the town."

"Het enige nadeel is de douche. Het glas is transparant met een doorschijnende kant aan één kant en transparant bij het wastafelgedeelte, wat lastig douchen is en zichtbaar is als je volwassen kinderen in één kamer hebt. De douche is een volledig transparant concept. Het wastafelgedeelte wordt nat tijdens het douchen. De rest is goed en het personeel is vriendelijk."

"I booked an “executive” room at a rate above the already high standard price, largely because the listing photos showed a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. In reality, the only “executive” feature seemed to be that it was located on the 6th floor. Access to the executive lounge was not included and required an extra fee — and from what I saw when peeking inside, it certainly didn’t seem worth paying for. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. It was shockingly small, with a shower stall easily under 1m². As a petite Asian woman, I still found it uncomfortably cramped and awkward, especially when washing my hair. The space looked nothing like the listing photos, which feels misleading. I regret not raising this with reception immediately, but the more I used the room, the more dissatisfied I became. Misrepresentation in promotional images is simply unacceptable, and I will be attaching comparison photos to show the difference. The room itself also fell short in comfort. The pillows were so thin that they flattened to bed level the moment you lay on them — we had to fold them in half just for the extra height for support. Amenities were extremely basic and in no way justified the high room rate. This was my first time staying at a Wyndham property, and I sincerely hope this is not reflective of the brand’s overall standards. The only plus point of this hotel like other properties at the area is that it’s near the main train station and transportation. Service at check in was also very helpful with the nice lady taking time giving directions with a map."

"would definitely come back & stay at H+ Salzburg if i have the chance to go Salzburg again. The bus & train stations are just right in front of the hotel, make it easier to go to Hallstatt or the outskirts. There’s a mall beside and a lot of good food around too. The view from the hotel was amazing too, not to mention that the front desk was super informative and friendly. i felt welcome! hope to see you again H+ Salzburg 👋"

"Hoewel het een ouder hotel is, is het gerenoveerd, dus het interieur is over het algemeen erg mooi! De kamer van mijn ouders had een balkon, wat geweldig was om 's ochtends van het uitzicht te genieten 👍🏻 De bedden waren erg comfortabel en de kamer was erg schoon! Het zou nog beter zijn als er ontbijt bij zat! Mijn familie heeft een fantastisch verblijf gehad 😋 We hebben een heel comfortabel verblijf gehad en voor we het wisten, waren we alweer aan het uitchecken! Jammer dat we geen foto's hebben gemaakt 😥"

"Ik kan echt niet wachten om te leven tegen een prijs ～🤩 $ 190 is een Hong Kong-krant, geen gemiddelde per hoofd van de bevolking  een kamer  een kamer voor zes personen is $ 190, we vieren met z'n vieren  $ 50 Hong Kong-krant is dat niet genoeg, ik dacht dat het de prijs van het bed was om met anderen te delen, maar ik wist niet dat het de echte prijs was, het was te overdreven voor mij! "De locatie voor Cocoon is uitstekend, want het ligt op slechts 2 minuten lopen van het treinstation, op 15 minuten met de bus van de oude stad en op 30 minuten met de bus naar de luchthaven. De kamer is zeer ruim, nieuw en schoon. Het bed is ook groot en comfortabel! Behalve dat er geen waterkoker of koelkast in de hotelkamer is. Er is een gedeelde warme ketel in de lobby geplaatst die u kunt delen met de gasten en er is een plek om uw fles bij te vullen."

"Замечательный красивый и чистый отель. Всё соответствует описанию и фото. Единственное предупреждение туристам из России : из-за онлайн ресепшн, оплата налога только онлайн. А это наличие иностранной карты. Ну и немного неудобно для спонтанного решения заселиться. Устали в дороге из Венеции. Решили забронировать за час до приезда. Было 18.30 . Приехали и ещё час ждали заселения... Рекомендую для не срочного заселения"

"De ligging vlak bij het treinstation was voor ons geweldig. Kamers en service zijn over het algemeen goed. Helaas ligt er een brochure in de kamer waarin reclame wordt gemaakt voor het panoramarestaurant op de bovenste verdieping, dat dagelijks vanaf 18.00 uur geopend zou zijn. Maar: het is momenteel alleen open voor ontbijt, 's avonds gesloten :( Dat was vervelend. Anders zeker een aanrader."

"Amazing hotel, with large, clean and nicely-decorated rooms! The staff is lovely and speaks great English. The breakfast offered a large array of quality food, including complimentary a la carte items. Highly recommend!"
