Fijn hotel vlak bij het strand, parkeren op straat is een uitdaging in het weekeind. Garage aanwezig wel erg duur als je langer verblijft. Ontbijt buffet goed geregeld, voldoende keuze. Met Engels kom je er erg moeizaam, Beetje Spaans spreken is wel noodzakelijk. Dat was een minpuntje, tevens moesten we na 7 dagen vragen of ze het bed wilde verschonen. Personeel is wel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Prima dubbelbed en zeer lekkere warme douche. Kamer was erg klein, douche staat letterlijk in de kamer en er is weinig opbergruimte. Prima zwembad !

We zijn ontzettend tevreden over dit hotel. De locatie is gewoonweg magisch, dicht bij zowel de oude stad als het strand. De kamers zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het kingsize bed bestaat praktisch uit twee eenpersoonsbedden (er is geen enkel laken). De waterdruk is uitstekend en de douche is fantastisch. Het ontbijt is ongelooflijk; ik snap niet wie er negatieve recensies schrijft; het is echt te gek voor woorden. Er is een enorme keuze aan gerechten, waaronder Spaanse specialiteiten zoals jamón, tortilla's, churros en pan con tomate. Ze serveren ook mousserende wijn (erg lekker!). Kortom, we vonden het zo geweldig dat we ons verblijf met een dag hebben verlengd. Gratis parkeren is wel een beetje lastig; één keer hadden we geluk en konden we pal voor het hotel parkeren, maar andere keren vonden we een plekje op 10 minuten loopafstand (er is een enorme parkeerplaats).

Mijn zus en ik verbleven 3 dagen in een eenpersoonskamer met een groot bed omdat ze spontaan meeging. We hebben het alleen ter plaatse in het hotel geboekt. Het was geen probleem en de kamer was volledig voldoende voor ons. Zeer schoon, behulpzaam, vriendelijk personeel en het ontbijtbuffet was absoluut geweldig. We zullen zeker terugkomen. De locatie is gewoon een droom😍. Ben vanaf kleins af aan elk jaar in Calpe, maar logeer voor het eerst in een hotel. Wij hadden absoluut niets te klagen. Zeker een aanrader 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

基本上房間很不錯的，服務人員很友好。
可惜是酒店沒什麼設施可用。眼見漂亮泳池是不提供給客人玩樂。 而且第一天到達天氣很熱的，但沒法可以下水。 住宿第二天落著大雨。 沒辦法再自駕遠點。 就悶左酒店房間一整天。 實在令人失望🥲

GGuest UserOur room had bed bugs, room Service skipped our room 2 times. When they actually do room service. There was black hair everywhere.
Other rooms had a phone we did not.
I feel like got one of their worst rooms.. but i would go back just to see if we had a bad room. Cause the staff is nice and the hotel “feels” great and has a great location!

GGuest UserHotel well, but the very unfriendly and unresolute staff, I had a mistake when booking and they didn't help me at all, they gave me the number to contact people who could solve it and they didn't even take my phone, They gave me another number and was of a particular person, very unresolute and uncomprehensive because as a hotel where I booked you should have a means of contact where to solve these problems and not wash your hands so easily.

GGuest UserBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and seasonal entertainment, though the evening shows are average. Rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning (June-September), satellite TV, and marble bathrooms with hairdryers, but some guests find the hairdryers underpowered. MMine OrhonThe best hotel I have ever stayed in.
It’s perfectly located between Benidorm Bus Station and Poniente Beach just a 10–15 minute walk to both. The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot.
The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain.
And the food… absolutely amazing.
Everything is delicious and the variety exceeds expectations.
During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, along with both indoor and outdoor pools.
The rooms and balconies are spacious, and there’s even a laundry hanger on the balcony just remember to bring clothespins.
I have already recommended Benidorm and the Port Fiesta Hotel to my friends, and I will definitely be coming back.

BBen2099Great little hotel right on the beach front next to shopping street. Great views from the balcony overlooking the sea and palm trees. Was a great place to stay and good value. Had breakfast at cafes nearby as I prefer that than in the dining room indoors (doesn’t have outdoor seating) especially as it’s all so close or just sitting with my own food on the lovely sunny balcony.
