Huge room but space not used efficiently. Bathtub was not properly secured. And shower was inside bathtub. The toilet bidet has to be turned off else it will leak. Location was right in front of the ferry terminal.

It's a piece of paradise, unbelievable service, every person who works there is helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you feel at home .. definitely recommend staying there. You can snorkel right there - the bungalos are on the edge of a small coral riff

De strandbungalows met privézwembad waren een beetje verdronken. De hoofdzwembad was gesloten door renovaties en het was niet bedoeld. De renovaties hadden moeten zijn voltooid voordat we verbleven. Dat was een truc en ze gaven ons een krediet van $50.
De lagoon en huisreef is spectaculair en zo vol vis. Alle niet-motoriseerde activiteiten, waaronder kajaking en SUP zijn inbegrepen. Erg goed buffet ontbijt. De dienst was 3 sterren zeker niet 5 sterren service. Een fantastische locatie en ga naar een gelukkig uur voor zonlicht.

Decent place in a nice location but the reef has been mostly destroyed near the resort. The biggest problem was that the water was not drinkable (so also not suitable for brushing teeth)! At this price I would expect basic things like this to be in place. I ran out of water one night and had no way of getting anything to drink without walking for over an hour to the nearest water station.
The staff were nice but the food was uninspiring and overpriced. The rooms were simple but OK.

They charge for EVERYTHING. They even put a tip on my card for themselves without asking me. When asked, the restaurant lady apologized and asked for refund the money back to me. The ladies at the front desk are very aggressive especially the one without hair line. She was very very aggressive. She has no business working the front desk.
I paid for dinner show with buffet but they sat me behind the pillars and I couldn’t even see the show. When I complained, they told me that the people upfront had made their reservation way in advance than me. Towards the end of the show, the moved me to another table by which it was already too late as the show was almost ending. The young man at the front desk was very welcoming. I truly disliked the service at this resort.
The Paris lady at the spa was extremely nice and pleasant. The ladies at the boutique were a bit kind. Overall, it would have been a nice stay if they had taken the time to make my stay a bit nice. Do not go here if you are a black American. The women are aggressive towards us for no reason. That’s my observation.

RReo0813We stayed at the Hilton Tahiti for our honeymoon. When I entered the room, I was very happy to see that it was decorated with honeymoon-style heart-shaped cranes. The hotel pool was also beautiful and very relaxing. All the food at the hotel was delicious.

Llll5283The sound of the bar downstairs can't be heard on the 6th floor, but the room is soundproof, but it is acceptable. The front desk is very welcoming, and any questions will be answered patiently, and they can also help them book taxi. Take a taxi to the airport for about 30 knives. GGuest UserThe hotel has nice infinity pools, but no beach or access to a public beach. You have to take taxi to get to one. Taxis are expensive on Tahiti. The resort does have access to lagoon water in just one spot, there is a ladder, and the water is very clean for those wanting to take dip. The rooms are old, esp. the vanities and the decor in the bathrooms. The bed linens and towels are nice. Also the grounds and the views are very nice. I didn't try the breakfast, but the breakfast area seemed nice. Overall, I don't regret staying here, but would consider this option overpriced due to the age of the rooms.

ZzoemontezThe hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the lagoon. Be sure to book a water house, it’s expensive but worth it. You can swim and snorkel directly in the lagoon. The only drawback is that there are almost zero surrounding facilities, and all food and drinks need to be settled at the hotel. What about the price? Anyway, I don’t have a choice.

GGuest UserDecent place in a nice location but the reef has been mostly destroyed near the resort. The biggest problem was that the water was not drinkable (so also not suitable for brushing teeth)! At this price I would expect basic things like this to be in place. I ran out of water one night and had no way of getting anything to drink without walking for over an hour to the nearest water station.
The staff were nice but the food was uninspiring and overpriced. The rooms were simple but OK.

We are in a family room, which is divided into upstairs and downstairs, so you can sleep separately. It is very good for families with children. GGuest UserWe had a very nice “luxury overwater bungalow” which was in good shape. The lagoon was a dream, you can directly enter from you terrasse and have plenty of fishes in the coral guarden. Yet we heard many complaints from other guests about the “superior overwAter bungalows” which seemed in not good shape.
Service felt like non-existing, especially as we were in StRegis Bora Bora before. As we and some others were arriving early, they parked us in the lobby area for several hours and also after several reminders did not manage to fill up coffee and water. (This Time could also be used to show people the Ressort or bring them to lunch as other hotels in this price area manage to do).
Breakfast was decent, but again very bad and slow service (with the only highlight being the customer crazy guy preparing your eggs and pancakes, sorry forgot his name he made my day). Getting your coffee or tea might take ages, sometimes not coming at all. They also took ages to remove used plates from tables, resulting in bird invasion everywhere.
Dinner was mediocre at best.

Conclusion: lagoon is very beautiful, but overall experience in the hotel does by far not match the price level. They have to step up a lot!
