Great place, serene environment, people are amazing very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful dinner and their breakfast also delicious. 100% recommended!

This is hands down the best place I have stayed in Kep. From the moment I arrived, the reception was exceptional—the staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We decided to extend our stay for another three days because we really like the natural settings and the service provided . We enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of food provided. We will definitely come back to Kep again and stay with the resort.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience. If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well. Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

I think the service was excellent. the Staff were very friendly. The pool is massive and so beautiful. My friend and I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a resort behind this resort, so there was music in afternoon so couldn't nap and also a rooster too which woke us up every morning. Kep beach is a 20min walk, so it's suggested to get a tuk tuk for 2 dollars. The onsite restaurant and Bar was perfect too. Our room bathroom isn't 100% concealed as there was a blind, also our bathroom door squeeked noises so when my friend and i used the bathroom it was noisy.

1. Het hotel is schoon, de service is goed. Veel bezoekers zijn in principe vol. Een beetje vochtig op de eerste verdieping. 2. Trip.com is een vals nieuws, er is een keuken gemarkeerd, maar er zijn geen hotelkamertypes en de hotel manager heeft ons ook laten zien wat ze hebben geregistreerd. Het is niet duidelijk waarom Trip.com misleidt. Dus de zeevruchten die ze van de markt van de kruiden zijn gekocht, kunnen niet worden verwerkt, het is zeer verbazingwekkend. 3.De verschillende prijzen van Trip.com zijn in feite geverifieerd als hetzelfde kamer met hetzelfde kamertype, een kamer met drie personen ontbijt, een kamer met twee personen, mijn bestelling is drie personen, maar in feite hebben er twee personen en het hotel heeft nooit drie mensen ontbijtberichten. 4.Omdat de verkeerde berichten van Trip.com onmogelijk zijn te verblijven, kan Trip.com een dag voorafgaand aan de vertrektijd beweren dat het niet kan verblijven. Het hotel stemde niet in, maar ik was op de receptie, het hotel stemde volledig in en kreeg geen bestellingsbedrag, dus het geld was van Trip.com, en heeft niets met het hotel te maken. Uiteindelijk is er nog geen compensatie ontvangen voor een terugbetaling van de terugbetaling en een symbolische terugbetaling van 36 dollar.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

오션뷰를 감상할 수 있는 숙소였고 캄보디아에서 가장 핫플인 The Wave라는 카페가 가까워서 도보로 이동 가능한 점이 좋았습니다. 리조트가 바다 인근이여서 일출 일몰 전부 즐길 수 있는 곳이고 음식이 맛있어서 추천합니다. 직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 따뜻했습니다. 다만 숙소 퀄러티가 신식은 아니다 보니 모던한 스타일을 찾으신다면 실망할 수도 있으나 프랑스식 오래된 건물의 뼈대는 남겨 리모델링을 하여 프랑스 풍 옛건물의 정취를 느낄 수 있었습니다.

酒店位置非常好，建築風格是紅木/實木 的 東南亞風格，所以來住店的都是柬埔寨本地人。酒店全是獨棟的別墅房，或者排屋，沒有2樓的。總共大約13-14間客房，每一間都非常大，我們入住的雙床間連門口小院子整整有120多平米。客人少所以前台人員都記得你的住處，叫得出名字，服務很到位。早餐一般沒有國內那麼豐富。但旁邊就是海鮮市場了，所以這點無傷大雅
