An excellent location, next to Raidurg Metro Station which is in the heart of the hub of pharma and IT. Walking distance from Inorbit Mall and street food around.
Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A great place to relax — I would happily come back again.
Came here on Business... It was a beautiful stay. The location is convenient for Business if you are just staying in the Airport vicinity or Aerospace District.... but quite a ways from the ”real life” experience of India (i.e., Street food vendors, etc.). The staff are very kind and helpful... very attentive. The food is delicious with such a large variety. Seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
The only Con is that if you are coming from the airport and do not have a driver there to pick you up, you have to deal with all the scammers trying to extort you for the short ride... would be nice if hotel made it known that transportation could be arranged (I asked the police guards there and they said Novotel did not offer a service for pick-up) Maybe a miscommunication on their part. Other than this, PERFECT stay.

After one day no feedback and made two calls by my Indian friend to front desk, and got the answers of “will send to you ASAP” and “will send you now”, but still nothing in my email……..
Writing email to hotel service email…..no response
Then made a call again via free calls from trip.com link of Countryard Hyderabad….. finally, got the invoices in 1min…….
I’m wondering what happen for this 4-star hotel having this kind of service……..
It was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.
Best service, best food and staff is very humble. Specifically dining area staff members are very professional, proactive, supportive and humble. In my last visit with my family, Mr. Biranjit Singha a young boy shown best hospitality. Really, it’s my favorite place to stay in Hyderabad with family.
Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this
