The best place to stay in Hampshire plaza it was really nice stay Staff is awesome specially front desk sunil and rahul and very courteous and mohanty at service good food is awesome. Places are very near to visit and facilities are too good ambience is nice

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Here are my ratings: Room: 5/5 – The room was spacious despite being standard. Breakfast: 4/5 – The breakfast spread was good, although lacking North Indian options. Bathroom: 3/5 – The bathroom was smaller than anticipated, and noise from adjoining rooms could be heard. Service: 4/5 – Service was prompt, but there was an issue. On the last night, someone knocked on my door to collect plates, despite not having ordered dinner. While understandable, it was disruptive at midnight. Staff: 5/5 – The staff were mostly helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out processes were swift. Location: 4/5 – The hotel's proximity to my meeting location was convenient. However, being situated in a busy intersection made for a noisy neighborhood. Opting for a room facing away from the street may provide some respite from the noise.

Pro: 1. Good room size 2. great location 3. lost/found item - hotel staffs co-operated well Cons: 1. Check-in should be smooth ***** with briefing about hotel services etc. 2. bed were not comfortable 3. covers and towels were quite old 4. few lights were not working but were not fixed even after complaint

No cleaning., All the bed spread has not washed and poor support from the Hotel front desk staff . Not treating hotel guest as a hu*** being. Poorest hotel ever seen. I requested to buy a fever tablet and front staff has literally refused to buy for dolo 650 tablets.

A comfortable place to stay in the middle of Hydrabad city. the rooms are comfortable for an overnite stay for visitors for bussiness or meetings in the city. There were several small groups. The food court in good for a comfortable meal of all types. I had breakfast and dinner buffet bedrooms are cozy fully sealed to cut the niise of traffic around. there are no additional facilities of entertainment hence not suited for a family coming for a haliday

Terrible. No other words. Hotel ***agement is foul mouthed. They don’t know how to talk with customers. Never seen a service industry indulging in these behaviours proactively. It’s better to avoid this hotel in Hyderabad

All the hotel staff have been very professional and courteous, be it security, reception, housekeeping, dine-in or kitchen staff... Always smiling and willing to assist and guide... Would surely recommend Hampshire Plaza Hotel to my colleagues, friends and relatives...

The noise from outside makes it feel like you are sleeping on the streets. The noise in the hallways from other guests and event attendees feels like they are talking in your room. Noise from events with music or other loud entertainment is annoying and inconveniences the guests. There is zero sound proofing, which essentially makes the hotel a cheap stay.
