Het hotel ligt relatief dicht bij de luchthaven. Wanneer u aankomt, moet u contact opnemen met de receptie om een auto te sturen om u op te halen. De kamer is zeer schoon en heeft een kleine koelkast. Het hotel kan 24 uur per dag maaltijden op de kamer bezorgen. Er zijn KFC, westerse restaurants en kleine winkels naast het hotel, wat erg handig is.
I stayed here with my family for a New Year's Eve trip to explore the PIK 2 area. We had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly generous; since the room type I originally booked wasn't available, they upgraded us to a higher-level room and included free breakfast, which was a wonderful surprise.
The vibe is very traditional Chinese, so it feels very welcoming for Chinese travelers or anyone who appreciates the culture. The room itself felt brand new, spacious, and very clean. It’s also quite modern—we loved the voice control feature for the lights and curtains!
Small details made the difference: we got welcome drinks and even free mochi ice cream in the lobby. There is also free flow mineral water in the hallway and the drinks in the in-room minibar were free.
For breakfast, don't expect a massive international buffet like in huge hotels, but the selection is decent. It focuses on authentic Chinese dishes, which gave us a nice chance to try something different.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in PIK2!
Wij hebben 4* hotels gehad die de service, netheid, locatie en voorzieningen van dit hotel niet kunnen evenaren. Voor ons is het een 5* hotel. Het was fantastisch daar te mogen overnachten. Schone grote kamer. Zwembad met Sauna's, warm en koud bad. Fitness. Kleedruimtes met lockers, handdoeken en slippers. Verschillende restaurants & bars. Buiten terras & rooftop terras. Het is daar echt even ontspannen voor of na een lange reis. Gratis shuttlebus/auto naar Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
Één minpuntje! De bedden zijn te zacht - doorzakt.
Het inchecken verliep erg vlot, het duurde maar een paar minuten, en de receptioniste was erg vriendelijk. Ik had geklaagd dat de airconditioning in mijn kamer niet koud was, en de monteur kwam snel langs om het te controleren en te repareren. Over het algemeen was ik tevreden met mijn verblijf, maar het beddengoed had wat vlekken, waardoor het er minder schoon uitzag.
Fairfield by Marriott doet wat het moet doen als luchthavenhotel.
Als je een vroege ochtendvlucht hebt, houd hier dan rekening mee. De luchthavenshuttle rijdt al vanaf 2 uur 's nachts. Maar de geluidsisolatie van de kamers laat wat te wensen over. Je hoort een harde klap als iemand zijn deur dichtdoet. Bovendien had mijn kamer een vreselijk lawaai van de airco. Dus als je een lichte slaper bent, wees gewaarschuwd!
Ik heb er gebruik van gemaakt omdat de overstaptijd op het overstappunt, Soekarno-Hatta Airport, 15 uur bedroeg. Het bevindt zich op de t****e verdieping van T3 (internationale/binnenlandse vertrekhal, vlakbij incheckbalie D), dus het is zeer toegankelijk. Er is daardoor wel wat lawaai van het opstijgen en landen. Als je alleen een eigen douche, bed en wifi nodig hebt, kun je daar gebruik van maken. Ik was tevreden. De handdoeken stonken echter wel, of dat nu kwam doordat ze oud waren of door de wasverzachter. Ik denk dat het de geur was, maar ik vond het niet prettig. Er is ook een airconditioning (die ook gebruikt wordt om te ontvochtigen), maar die maakt ook behoorlijk wat lawaai. Controleer bij het reserveren de prijs en weeg de bovenstaande voor- en nadelen af voordat je besluit om de airconditioning te gebruiken.
Het was in eerste instantie een beetje lastig om het hotel te vinden, omdat het in een appartementencomplex ligt, en de badkamer is erg klein. Verder is alles prima.
Great hotel to stay vacation, although it looks like vintage hotel, but still comfortable. Room very clean and tidy. But there's only one electricity socket that works. Need more attention and maintenance for electricity.
Geweldige, schone plek, fantastisch uitzicht, een echte aanrader. De volgende keer dat ik Pik bezoek, verblijf ik hier zeker weer.
Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen informatie over de toren op het ticket staat, dus ik moest eerst even rondkijken en chatten.

GGuest UserHotel is old, but okay clean - mostly clean but details no. Especially for the towels, it “looks” dirty. I changed towels two to three times, two new towels every time but somehow at least half of time, the towels have black or yellow sports. I believe the towels are cleaned but very very old towels that they can’t get the marks off…sometimes the bed sheets also has marks.
Tooth brush is so hard…unless you usually use the hard one.At the beginning, the hot water was not hot at all (kinda cold), but hotel fix it after reporting, so service wise was okay.
Breakfast is a bit pricy but good and with diversity. If you regularly eat breakfast and eat decent amount, then it’s good to have breakfast included.
Gym is great! Very complete unlike a lot of hotels. Pools area is good too, having a few locations and sizes (mostly quite big). But sometimes with a lot of leaves floating on top of water.
P.s I even think the pool towels are cleaner than the room ones.
Location-wise, quite good I suppose. Many malls and restaurants around the area and nice supermarket as well. Just hotel has a big parking lot and land, so if you gonna go around by foot, it might take a bit of time depending on how fast you walk(?) 
LLoumir2024This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays.
The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops.
The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave.
Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.
CChenhaishichenHad an international flight the next morning, and there was an hourly shuttle service to the airport. I booked a lake-view room, but all I could see was a really, really big tree. And because it was raining, I couldn't enjoy any lake view at all. There was a distinct damp, mildewy smell in the hallway, but the room itself was okay. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, though. It's close to the airport, so there was some airplane noise, but it wasn't enough to disturb my sleep. Breakfast started at 6 AM, and the hotel even prepared a breakfast to-go for us since we were catching the 6 AM shuttle to the airport. The service attitude was quite good overall.
GGuest UserThe location is really convenient, right next to the exhibition hall, and about an hour from the airport. The hotel itself is a bit dated, which is understandable since it's already 10 years old. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's enough to fill you up.

Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.

GGuest UserIt is an old hotel that was built together with the terminal building. Soundproof glass insulate the noise well from aircrafts just right outside.
Shower with abundant of water flows.
Etc that show how a people put their best to built in 90’s era.
We did not have the chance for the breakfast though.
Cons:
The smoking room right beside lobby and restaurant. It has a ventilation inwards instead of exhaust, causing smoke flows to lobby and lingers there area hotel.
They could make some improvement by changing the mattress , pillow and bed, too old, too soft and loose support.
GGuest UserI chose this hotel for an easy check-in at the airport, and its location inside T3 Terminal was super convenient. However, convenience was pretty much its only redeeming quality. The room was incredibly small, and the toiletries for brushing teeth were very subpar. If the price is low, it might be manageable for a layover, but at a higher price, it would definitely dampen your mood. Breakfast was delivered to the room, similar to an airplane bento box, and it was really unappetizing. I didn't even bother taking a picture; it was just a few items packed in a disposable container. If you're not in a rush, I'd recommend eating somewhere else at the airport instead of bothering with the hotel's breakfast.

Minor remark if you ask to fixe the deposit box code you have to ask several times (normal in Indonesia).
Very friendly staff, especially Reza & Rully from the restaurant. My wife is gluten free and they asked the kitchen staff to prepare a special gluten free meal ! Thank you Reza & Rully.
The breakfast choice is great of course more Indonesian orientated but oké for us.
Menu card is sufficient and typical Indonesian but also have hamburger & pizza on the list. The sate I found dry.
Unfortunately Aston hotel has no Spa so no Pijit (Indonesian massage) mani- & pedicure facilities and we had to go to another hotel. We advise the hotel to have the pijit & mani- pedicure in-house .
The area is not very interesting but staying at the hotel was very nice because of the beach and swimming pool.
Overlooking everything it is fine for a stay for 3 or 4 days because limited interesting things to see and shopping facilities.
WWangfu~suianFacilities: The hotel offers breakfast, and the restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. We arrived quite late but still enjoyed a wonderful meal.
Environment: The room environment was good, and the facilities were decent. As a big-name chain, it's trustworthy.
Service: The service was excellent, with airport pick-up and drop-off available – just contact them in advance, even via WeChat. From now on, as long as the price is right, this will be my top choice for a Jakarta layover.
