"Werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen, kamer was netjes en verzorgd. Konden op de kamer eten maar ook in het restaurant gedeelte. Het enige minpuntje is dat het bijna 1,5 uur reizen is met de trein naar het centrum van Londen."

"Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport is a great choice if you’re flying from Luton and want something convenient and comfortable. The hotel is just a short walk from the terminal, which makes it really ideal for early morning or late-night flights. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained. Despite being so close to the airport, the soundproofing is quite good and the room felt quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything needed for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One nice perk is the complimentary breakfast — the selection is fairly simple but includes hot items, pastries, fruit, and coffee, which is perfect before heading to the airport. Overall, it’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s reliable, clean, and extremely convenient for travelers flying from Luton. I’d definitely consider staying here again for an early flight."

"The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it."

"Flight cancellation meant we had to book a last minute hotel. This was perfect, less than 10min walk from the terminal and facilities were clean and staff were very welcoming."

"I booked and paid for a superior room based on your offer, as I have stayed in this room before. However, I was given a shabby, small room, number 14. It seems rooms 14 and 15 are reserved for guests you no longer wish to see. The explanation from the friendly receptionist was that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true. She tried to make up for the situation with a practical gift from Champneys, but the claustrophobic room and the difficulty of accessing it with a large suitcase after a long journey were unpleasant. The hotel incorrectly judged me based on my attire, even though I intended to use their facial massage services, which were very professional, as were their massages and the products they use. Everything that was old seven years ago is now seven years older and even more worn out. Breakfasts are modest but healthy. They could use more fresh herbs, which they once grew in the spa gardens, now overgrown with weeds. Guests leave their plates and glasses on the lawn, and no one picks them up promptly. The spa lacks organization, except on weekends when older women step in to help, solving problems more quickly and efficiently. I am disappointed because it is not fair to deceive customers regarding room types. While the room lacked nothing and was regularly cleaned, it was next to a smelly toilet, and I was promised a superior room but given a standard one, as indicated on the temporary card received upon arrival. However, I must commend the lady who has diligently worked there for 30 years. It would be nice if she were friendly even when not promoting their services. If improvements are not made to the facilities and surroundings, there is no reason for me to return specially after the room switch and no difference in the price."

"Excellent reasonable priced accommodation. All great a few adjustments to make this location excellent are being able to amend my booking instead of no cancellation policy also checking out time extend to 11.00am instead of 10:00am even on Sundays also breakfast Sunday morning service finishes at 9:30am these few adjustments would increase popularity for this accommodation."

"We was really disappointed this time due to dirty bedding, which was disgusting, also the hotel does not allow microwave use, which I could understand during covid but as no restriction thought this was unusual. "

"Good location and parking available on site. There is a M&S at the service station which was very near. Breakfast was good too. Overall a good stay."

"The staff were so kind and helpful. I checked in just as the kitchen closed and the asked the chef to restart the pizza oven so I could have dinner. I also had a broken foot which was very painful and swollen from an entire day walking around Luton airport. They provided me with a huge bowl of ice which made a massive difference and I left the hotel the next day feeling rested and much more comfortable. As I was about to leave a kind lady at the check in desk came and gave me a bottle of water and a chocolate bar to take with me. Great experience after the previous day’s hellish experience with EasyJet at Luton airport."

"Nice little hotel with beautiful garden and seating area.  However hotel need to be bit more transparent with the situation there atm as I totally understand it and commend them for doing it, however not making paying customers aware this is why bars aren’t open or breakfast / food services are not available will lead to complaints and making customers feel very uncomfortable.  But this does not take away from the staff there who were all extremely welcoming and doing the best with the cards they have been dealt."
