Останавливалась в этом отеле уже 3 раз и этим всё сказано. Чисто, комфортно, тепло, уютно. Очень благожелательные люди на ресепшн. Очень удобные матрасы, подушки. Есть чайник в номере. Завтрак не большой, но очень вкусный и в отличной подаче. Можно завтракать и на улице. Расположение, рядом парк Кадриорг и остановка трамвая в центр. Единственный нюанс это то что в некоторых номерах окно может не открываться. И это действительно важно

Excellent location: right next and connected to the Viru Keskus mall, and there are bars and a museum in the hotel. The building feels a bit dated (the building walls), but everything else was in excellent condition and looked new and clean. I had a very comfortable stay with a good sleep on the most comfy bed. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-in. The queue moved a bit slow due to each guest having to fill out a form (the standard name, phone, address, signature). I think eliminating this process would speed up check-in for everyone.

Dit was de duurste accommodatie die ik tijdens deze reis door Europa heb gehuurd. Het was een viersterrenhotel, dat naar mijn mening aan de basiseisen voldeed. De kamer was erg schoon en de meeste voorzieningen waren compleet. Het hotel lag dicht bij de oude stad en de bioscoop van Tallinn lag recht tegenover het hotel. De receptie was zeer attent en gastvrij, en het ontbijt was ook goed. De badkamer was vrij groot, met een aparte douche en toilet, maar de kamer zelf was wat klein. Met 20 tot 25 vierkante meter zou het perfect zijn.

De locatie is perfect, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van de oude stad, met tal van openbaarvervoersmogelijkheden naast het hotel. Het hotel is erg schoon en comfortabel. De kamer bleef echter de hele tijd warm en er was geen airconditioning. Bovendien was de geluidsisolatie in de kamer vrij slecht; we hoorden het douchen, het doorspoelen van de toiletten en zelfs het hoesten van onze buren, om nog maar te zwijgen van de gesprekken en het geluid van Duolingo. Gelukkig waren onze buren 's nachts relatief stil, dus we hadden er niet al te veel last van, maar het zorgde er wel voor dat we niet hardop konden praten. Gezien de prijs (meer dan 60 euro per nacht) had ik verwacht dat de fitnessruimte gratis zou zijn en dat er een sauna zou zijn. Ik was behoorlijk teleurgesteld over de faciliteiten.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the old town, major tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views – it’s incredible. The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Hotel rooms are comfortable. Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer a free luggage room. The staff was really helpful throughout my stay. However, the room service was disappointing; the cleaner didn’t spend enough time cleaning the room or bathroom properly. On a positive note, we tried the spa, which is excellent. If you buy a coupon at the hotel reception, it costs €10, compared to €25 at the spa counter. The spa features a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and would recommend it.

Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

The standard room bathroom is in desperate need of a renovation. Old style gradient floor tiles for the shower, with a shower curtain too close if you're a normal sized person. If you need to provide a floor squeegee you know there's a problem. The room overall is clean and comfortable. Free parking onsite is a plus as it's far away from old town centre. Plan your driving and parking routes and you will likely save on parking overnight at other hotels. Big shopping centre opposite is convenient. Couldn't really hear much aircraft noise, probably because it's not a very busy airport, especially at night. However, got unlucky with the window facing a floor which was very loud when it rained the whole night.

Dear sirs, Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all, how we could fit that room???? Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!! Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ?? Thanks in advacne, Brgds,Petri kalkkinen

This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.

Amazing stay! Beautiful rooms with enough space and spacious bathroom! Super good breakfast with great choice. Will stay there again for sure!
