Het hotel is perfect gelegen nabij het stadscentrum, op loopafstand van het centraal station. Er is voldoende zitgelegenheid bij de receptie, er is bagageopslag beschikbaar toen we vroeg aankwamen en de kamer nog niet klaar was.
Het personeel is supervriendelijk en gastvrij en ik kan ze op geen enkele manier verwijten.
De kamer is zeer schoon, maar het is veel kleiner dan ik had verwacht, geen plek om te lopen.
Het ontbijt is eenvoudig continentaal en ze serveren alleen roerei, geen worst of andere warme gerechten.
Het is een geweldige plek als je gewoon een goede nacht in het stadscentrum nodig hebt

Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service.
Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til.

It has an excellent location outside Herning, in the middle of Jutland and close to the highway.
Most are self-service but are convenient for a business traveller and not restricted to certain business hours.
The breakfast buffet offers cold dishes, bread, cereals, fruits, and drinks.

Ikke mulighed for at lave te eller kaffe på værelset.

The hotel was simple but fine. The location was good for if you have business in or near Horsens.
But unfortunately between 2 days they did not even come to clean the room and change the towels.
Also the breakfast one the first day (on the 4th floor) was very good. But for some reason on the second day it was moved to the 3th floor where the breakfast did not have a coffee machine but only a coffee can. This was disappointing.
Overall the experience could be better. But it is still a decent choice if you need to stay in Horsens.

God betjening, og god morgenmad
Rimelig værelse, uden at være prangende - men vi brugte det kun som overnatningssted
Eneste minus er måske lige prisen på en overnatning inkl. morgenmad for to - næsten 1.600,- :-(

GGuest Userrooms are simple and basic as shown clearly in the hotel photos but bed was comfy,there was a hotpot to fix coffee or oatmeal in your room , tv with some English stations and tho small I did not feel cramped. There is a balcony with views over canal by the top floor breakfast room and a living room area with fake fireplace and comfy sofas in the lobby area. the checkin crew were helpful with local info and I thank the gentleman who told me where I could find a nearby machine to buy a bus ticket. Beautiful church and theater right across the street, not at all a bad deal for the affordable price.

LLC666Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that.
However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay.

From our arrival in the late afternoon when Alexander on Reception welcomed us with a smile and the key to our room to our departure two days later again with a genuine smile and wave goodbye we felt well looked after. Our room was lovely, clean and warm. My request for a room away from the lift was acknowledged and followed … and whilst we didn’t have a ‘view’ as such .. it was just nice to be able to open the door to the small balcony to allow fresh air in when we wanted to.
The room was styled in a simple modern Scandi Style and the bed, pillows and duvet so very very comfortable .. one of the best beds I have slept in in Europe so far. And a REAL plant .. a sweet touch.
My only one slightly unsmiley face .. the shower over a bath tub .. great shower, good water pressure, but you have to climb into and out of the bath tub which could be challenging for some.
All in all a fabulous hotel, comfortable clean stylish room, friendly helpful staff… oh and the most wonderful breakfast (included) .. would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I am in Aarhus.

GGcatHotel is next to the museum and few supermarkets along the way. Cafes and restaurants near proximity. Breakfast has limited variety but overall a great place to stay. Service staffs were always helpful and they also allowed me to leave my luggage af checkout.

AAilsabinbinThe hotel is a certain distance from the train station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. It is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel breakfast is very good. The service staff is also very good. The room is big enough, very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the room has a separate balcony, there is sun in the afternoon, Drink some tea to bask in the sun and see the balcony scenery, have a different feeling

GGuest UserWe stayed overnight, we had dinner and breakfast. The service was nice and competent. The food was delicious. We took a walk around the area and inside the castle itself, it is definitely worth seeing and has a really good history.
Vi overnattede, vi spiste aftensmad og morgenmad. Betjeningen var sød og kompetent. Maden var lækker. vi var en tur rundt på området og inde i selve slottet, det er absolut seværdig og rummer en rigtig god historie.

GGuest UserViborg Hotel is conveniently located in the city vicinity amidst a scenic beautiful lake.
It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, great breakfast menu and convenient room accommodation.
It’s an hour drive from Billund Airport and 30-minute drive to Bjerringbro where we had our business meeting.
We explored Viborg with its old and preserved buildings with cobblestone roads which reminds one of Paris.

GGuest UserThis hotel allows early check-in. There were construction scaffolding outside the window of the first room. The second room had no wifi signal. It happened that my data card ran out and I could only handle things in the corridor. The third room had wifi signal. The waiters were pretty nice. They helped me take care of the room without any pushback. It's rare that this hotel has a gym. No one goes there in the morning. Although there are not many equipments, they are usable. There is free coffee. There are two-in-one towels, shower gel and shampoo, and you can bring your own toothbrush.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, close to the Art Museum, Old Town Museum, and Old Town Hall. The hotel rooms are also very comfortable. The only drawback is that the B2 of the garage cannot accommodate slightly larger cars.
