Het hotel is een ware luxe! De kamers zijn uiterst comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden vooraf een uitzicht op de Derde Brug aangevraagd, maar helaas werd dit verzoek niet ingewilligd – het zou een onderscheidende factor zijn geweest die de ervaring verder had verbeterd.
Het ontbijt is onberispelijk: veel opties, alles erg lekker, en een hoogtepunt is de omelet die à la carte wordt bereid.
Wat betreft de lunch en het diner vonden we het eten lekker, maar het à-la-cartemenu zou meer variatie mogen hebben.
Een ander punt dat verbeterd zou kunnen worden, is de service van de valetparkingmedewerkers, die beleefder met gasten om zouden kunnen gaan.
Al met al was het een fantastisch verblijf en we zouden zeker terugkomen, vooral als deze kleine puntjes verbeterd zouden worden.

Wanneer je verblijft bij Pousada Estalagem Vila Tânia in Conceição da Barra bevind je je in een staatspark en op slechts 2 min. rijden van Praia Itaúnas. Deze pousada ligt op 11,3 km van Praia Brasiliana en op 24,6 km van Parque Estadual de Itaunas.

O hotel é bom, a limpeza também estava ok, e o atendimento foi excelente. A comida é agradável e, no geral, tive uma boa experiência. No entanto, o que não me agradou foi o elevador — ele é bem antigo, faz muito barulho e não possui as especificações técnicas expostas, como a data da última inspeção, o que me deixou insegura, principalmente por estar hospedada no 12º andar. Tirando isso, gostei bastante do atendimento e dos demais serviços do hotel.

O hotel continua excelente na totalidade, já é a segunda estadia minha neste hotel.
O que foi inaceitável e causou um grande constrangimento foi a TRIP.COM não enviar os dados corretos da minha reserva e o pagamento antecipado exigido no Site de reservas da TRIP.COM ao Hotel, durante o atendimento a atendente me cobrou o valor referente a estadia e mesmo eu mostrando todos os comprovantes a mim enviados pelo site, não encontrou minha reserva feita pela TRIP.COM e sim uma reserva no BOOK.COM e que a mesma não estava paga, esclarecendo que o pagamento era feito no ato, ao final do check-in.
As atendentes, diante do exposto e vendo minha insatisfação, se prontificarão a solucionar o problema, nos tranquilizando e com muita urbanidade nos permitiram o acesso ao quarto que constava na minha reserva normalmente.

GGuest UserMy stay at Pousada Alto de Montanha was truly unforgettable. It’s an amazing place—peaceful, quiet, and perfectly tucked away from the noise of the city, surrounded by beautiful nature. The atmosphere makes it ideal for anyone looking to relax and recharge.
The host was exceptional: always happy, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more special. The food was another highlight—everything was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was simply amazing and clearly prepared with care.
One thing that really stood out was the flexibility and willingness to help guests. Even though Trip.com states that reservations cannot be changed, the pousada was accommodating and helped make adjustments when needed, which shows their commitment to great service.
I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. I will definitely be coming back again.
Minha estadia na Pousada Alto de Montanha foi verdadeiramente inesquecível. É um lugar incrível — tranquilo, silencioso e perfeitamente isolado do barulho da cidade, cercado por uma natureza exuberante. O ambiente é ideal para quem busca relaxar e recarregar as energias.
O anfitrião foi excepcional: sempre alegre, acolhedor e genuinamente simpático, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. A comida foi outro ponto alto — tudo estava delicioso, especialmente o café da manhã, que era simplesmente incrível e claramente preparado com carinho.
Um aspecto que realmente se destacou foi a flexibilidade e a disposição para ajudar os hóspedes. Mesmo que o Trip.com afirme que as reservas não podem ser alteradas, a pousada foi prestativa e ajudou a fazer ajustes quando necessário, o que demonstra seu compromisso com um ótimo serviço.

Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun.
Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance.
Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well located and has excellent facilities, with renovated rooms, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds.
The breakfast buffet is complete (a wide variety of drinks) and, as a courtesy, there was sparkling wine and flavored water in the afternoon at the reception.
The rooms with a view of the bridge with Vila Velha are charming and stand out.
However, the cleaning left something to be desired. We spent Friday through Sunday without our room being cleaned because the cleaning on Saturday was late (we left in the morning and, when we returned, it had not been done). The person in charge even volunteered to do it, but it would have been uncomfortable with us in the room and we decided to leave it as it was.
In any case, a positive review, classified as ”good-excellent”.

The garage is very tight, and sometimes it is almost empty to put the car, and I wasn't late from shopping.
The room was reserved with 2 beds (1 couple and 1 single), only one bed was made with a dressed and one with a no, one with a dresser and another no. The room is very tight, but for the value paid in Victoria, it is good.

Better than the shower, only the breakfast, we were impressed with the care. You can also have breakfast in the outdoor area, looking out over the sea and catching some sun. There was even a healthy cake option!
