Apartments in Central Luzon, Philippines

The first two rooms I was shown stank of smoke, like someone had been smoking in there only 2 minutes earlier. They upgraded me to a loft room which was good. Microwave didn't work, which was a pain. Pool water looked unclean. Some towels worn out. The staff were friendly. The hotel is just out of all the action, so is quiet.

Last minute booking on a return trip from Subic. The rooms are as advertised, clean, quiet and big. Wifi speed is excellent. Our rate did not include breakfast but there is a coffee shop outside and a convenience store for snacks.

Booked 5 standard rooms for my family. We stayed overnight. Decent hotel,rooms are clean and spacious, but can hear noises coming from the street. They didn't provide toiletries only towels. We stayed here because it is near to Clark airport and to Aqua planet

If you want to feel youre in Bangla Road, Phuket Thailand, you can just come to Angeles City where they have Walking Street. Stayed for 5days in Rishan, closed to grocery marts and Sm Clark. They clean your room daily if you want and staff are accommodating. Some cooking utensils you need like strainer, can opener, tongs are those they dont have. But you can buy somewhere on the other side. Aside from that, everything is fine. We enjoyed staying at Rishan Residence, as if youre at home, I love cooking ans I cooked for my hubby everyday 😅🥰. My friends who were living around also visited us and we went to a live band that we had to drive for few minutes and went kareoke. We also went to Skyranch Pampanga to enjoy outside.

Плюсы+ - до бронирования , девушек на ресепшене попросил показать номер , они показали номер и после этого я забронировал номер. +-вкусный завтрак , но на сайте было написано, что можно было за место завтрака сходить на обед , на ресепшене сказали , что только завтрак. +хороший работник , много раз выручал , показывал как пользовать сейфом , забывал ключ в номере , он открывал мне ее. Минус- кажется , что бассейн не чистят , много насекомых плавает , хотел искупаться , так и не решился. Хитрость персонала - напомнили мне , что я не вернул карточку от двери, но ничего не сказали мне про то, что я забыл залог в 2000 песо , когда пришел через 5 часов , мои деньги убрали в другое место. Такси в отеле стоит 500 песо для иностранцев

Better than what we expected

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, homelike hotel. My husband and I attended a 3-day convention at SMX Clark and brought our 2 teenagers along. The 2 bedroom suite was just right for us. The hotel has a courteous and friendly staff. Requests were addressed promptly. Wifi was fast. The pool was small but just enough for the 4 of us. One negative issue was the microwave which we had to clean throughly because of food debris left from the previous occupants. There is no elevator and might be hard for those who have knee problems. The location is quite shady but this is ok because we brought our own car and Grab was always available.

We booked last minute during Holy Week and was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this place. Initially thought we had just booked 1 room with a common area with other guests but it was actually the entire place with complete kitchen, living and dining room with a huge balcony and 2 full bathrooms. It doesn’t have any other amenities yet but heard they are in the works to construct more rooms, a gym and a pool in the building beside it. It was also such a welcoming treat to have an elevated Filipino restaurant downstairs where we had dinner on both nights. Just note that it opens late at 9am-10am so if you intend to have early breakfast, that won’t be the place for you. Best to just cook in the apartment 👍🏼
