The only negative its just elevator doesn't work so you need to climb to the 3rd floor and its so tiring 😭 ..

"I stayed as I read This international youth hostel gets a very high rating. However the notice board hardly has any English wording despite the word International hostel. The room & facilities were clean. Toilet paper, bath gel & shampoo were provided. Hot water & tea available as well. It is near the main tourist attractions & walking distance from the metro station. There are two little cute cats around & sometimes it'll sneak into your room. Not suitable to stay here if you are allergic to Cat. Overall I am happy with the stay & will stay again"

Will definitely come again if I ever repeat Harbin. 10/10 ❤️"

"Room was quite big. The bed was soooooo soft and comfortable. The aircon was quite strong, and could easily fill the room. The staff was very nice and even offered me some of his homemade guangdong style dinner. If I ever return to fuyuan i will definetely be booking here again."

"這家青旅的老闆人太好了！在哈爾濱的第二天被冷發燒了老闆還給我送了各種葯，還幫我買了黃桃罐頭吃，真的太感謝了！青旅也特別好！位置優越，樓下就是好幾個公交站台，去市中心哪都很快，樓下還有機場大巴3號線站點，去機場也很方便。青旅附近也很多好吃的，樓下就有老鼎豐賣。並且青旅很乾凈，女生的公共衞生間就是在房間裏的，我很喜歡這點！青旅不會有太多人，住着很安心！總之很推薦！！！！！！！！"

"The hostel was very close to the main train station. Walking distance if it isn't too cold or a short Didi/taxi ride. The room was clean, and shower was hot and put out a lot of pressure. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was a good view outside and the area was quiet. It was quite noisy at night and we could hear a lot of shouting, yelling and laughing coming from the down stairs common area, however by 10-11pm it was silent. Again a lot of children were skateboarding through the hostel, yelling etc but they were quiet after 10-11pm. There were lots of cheap restaurants and a few convenience stores and supermarkets in very close proximity. We even wrote a message on the wall."

"De locatie is goed, als je naar buiten gaat, sla je linksaf en je vindt het metrostation, niet ver van Central Street. Het ligt op een grote binnenplaats en het is nogal verlaten met weinig toeristen. De verwarmingstemperatuur van de kamer is OK, maar er zijn geen faciliteiten. De badkamer is leeg en je moet naar de receptie om badhanddoeken en toiletpapier te halen Over het algemeen is het gewoon."

"Couldn't have agreed more with a place like this. The hostel is on a 26th floor so you have a good view of the city. Place is also close to the Siberian Tiger Park, so this is a plus
Host is really nice and helpful, we did different activities such as hotpot dinner with friends. And he also provided all the information I needed to visit Snow Town. If there's a place to stay not far from downtown, this is the place to go!
Hoping to come back anytime soon!!"

Anonymous UserThe location is fantastic, right at the subway entrance. When it's -20 to -30 degrees Celsius outside, saving a few hundred meters of walking really is a lifesaver. The hostel also provides free earplugs, and there are a lot of international guests, so you hear all sorts of languages. As an introverted person with social anxiety, I wasn't able to initiate conversations. There's a fridge and microwave on the first floor, so you can store your own food and heat it up whenever you want. All in all, it's pretty good!

Anonymous UserThis is the best Hostel that I have ever stayed in. The location is right on central street (the street that is in all the stuff to do lists on Harbin). It is also only 10 minutes walking distance from the Saint Sophia's church. There is also this mall 1 minute walking distance from the front door called Euro Plaza a 7 story shopping mall with all the food and shopping you would need or want. Apart from its rooms, the hotel offers a common area and free washer dryers for its guests both of which are very clean. It also has refrigerators in the common area that it sells drinks out of, I even saw people store their food inside the right most refrigerators because there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Overall I would definitely stay here if I come back to Harbin.

Guest UserThe hotel has a very convenient location, within walking distance of Subway Line 3 (Friendship Palace Hotel Exit 2), Zhongyang Street (Central Avenue), the Morning Market, Songhua River, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Manhattan Mall. The area is surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores, making it easy to find food and daily necessities.
The lady owner speaks English very well and is very responsive, kind, and sweet. She even surprised me with a cake for my birthday. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and they invited us to a Christmas Eve party with free food, which made our stay extra special.
The room is quiet and spacious, with free bottled water provided daily. What I liked the most was the large window, perfect for people-watching and enjoying the view of cars passing by 😆. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. 💕

As a foreigner traveling from afar, I was a bit apprehensive about navigating a new city in the midst of a cold snap (-10°C!). But from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warmth and welcome dispelled all my concerns.
The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable, new bedsheets and a spotless washroom. The heating system was a blessing in the freezing temperatures, and we slept soundly each night.
What sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff's genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make it a true gem in this chilly city. If you're a traveler seeking a haven of hospitality, look no further.

The room offers great value for money, and there's a washing machine available. After washing my clothes and hanging them outside, the owner turned on the heater, and they dried overnight. The owner is also very kind; they helped me with my luggage, and even carried it upstairs for me when I left to catch my ride. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Harbin. It's really excellent, located right on Central Street, which makes shopping super convenient. Getting anywhere is easy; taxis to the subway and the airport shuttle are all very close. Basically, the transportation is very convenient. My flight back was at 7:00 AM, so I woke up at 3:30 AM, took a taxi to the airport shuttle stop, and caught the first bus. I arrived at the airport just in time for check-in and security.

The rooms and bedding were incredibly clean, and the location was superb – just 100 meters from Central Avenue's main entrance and a 5-minute walk to the subway. The owner was very friendly. The lobby was spacious, with communal hot water, a dining area, and sofas, which was very convenient. The heating in the room was excellent, almost too warm, so we often had to open the window or place a basin of water to increase the humidity. There were lots of fellow travelers, and we took many group photos to remember the good times. The atmosphere was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!

The owner is an incredible, wonderful man you will instantly love. He knows every hidden corner of this city — you cannot truly explore Harbin without his local knowledge and recommendations.
This place offers unbelievable value; you get far more than you pay for. Thanks to the owner’s gift for connecting travellers, you do not just book accommodation here — you join a little family.
There is a guitar and ukulele for guests to enjoy, and the breathtaking city view from the 26th floor is outstanding.
I truly hope he expands this hostel idea soon, because so many travellers want to stay here, so book well in advance. 100% worth every penny.

I was extremely satisfied; this was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It was my first time staying in a hostel in northern China, and the main reason I slept so well was because it cured my sleep problems 💤… Considering the incredibly low price, I felt obligated to give it a good review. The best part was meeting three different roommates who were all very nice and shared their travel experiences… This was a pleasant surprise. The only regret was not being able to participate in any activities! The fact that there were fewer people these past few days (off-season) was also an advantage. The barbecue place recommended by Brother Nie was delicious, but I ordered too much for one person. Be careful when ordering food in Northeast China—the portions are huge!!! Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely stay in a hostel nearby; it's about a 20-minute walk.

This was my first solo trip, and my first time staying in a hostel, and the experience was truly fantastic! Even though I only stayed one night, I had an incredibly, incredibly happy, warm, and cozy stay. The environment was great, it really felt like home. They have a female-only section, and my roommates were super nice. It was a very comfortable stay, and excellent value for money! I absolutely loved this place and have already recommended it to my friends. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin!
