The facilities were good, so I extended my stay for another night. It's almost the cheapest accommodation in Budva, but the conditions are quite decent. There's a big supermarket called HDL a short walk down from the apartment, which is very convenient for shopping.

A Very nice aparthotel, nice staff and the apartament was very cosy and clean. The location is great- a 6 minute walk to old town. And What I liked most was the caffe Shop downstairs - very good coffe and croissants and the cocktails we drank in the evening were perfect!

Все также чисто и красиво как на фото . Рядом магазин с нормальными ценами. До моря минут 10. Хороший вайфай.
Связь по заселению через вотсап - тут никто не отвечал и мы запаниковали немного )
В номере не хватало плиты и разделочной доски ( ножей было аж 3)
Вцелом я рекомендую . Останавливались на пару ночей .

Хорошие, чистые, просторные апартаменты. Рядом с набережной. Находятся в торговом центре.
Рядом большой супермаркет. Нормальные цены и очень большой выбор всего.
Недалеко, на набережной, большая стройка. Как почти по всей набережной.
Заселение в 15:00, выезд в 11:00. Внизу есть парковка - 15 евро/сутки. Очень удобно. При заселении дают карту, по ней можно безлимитно заезжать/выезжать в течение суток.
В самих апартаментах есть небольшая кухня, сушилка на балконе.
Не хватает небольшого обеденного стола или барной стойки (место позволяет) и крышки для сковородки 🙂.
Хозяева - приятные люди, все рассказывают, встречают, в каких то моментах идут навстречу 👍🏻.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore.
The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for three days. We loved it. It was clean and tidy. New dishes, everything you need to cook lunch or dinner, and even coffee, they even brought coffee every day. Excellent service 👍 The location is convenient, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants are nearby. And there's a restaurant on the ground floor, also excellent 🙏 Thank you and we'll be back. The photo shows our mess on our third day 🤭

The apartment was at very good location, it has a nice balcony too. The staff was very friendly. I needed to print my bus ticket, when I asked them they setup the laptop and spent extra time to help me to print it. Very good service, really appreciated!

SSofa criticismOrange Lux apartment located in centre of Budva, there is very noisy, but very close to sea side and old town, which is good. Rooms on 6th floor with good view, big guest room, small bedroom, very uncomfortable bathroom, no shower gel, no shampoo, no toothbrush, very old towels. The apartment smells heavily of cigarettes perhaps people who live before us smoke everywhere. Sofa bed not prepared for sleep, because no extra bedding, so it was not ready for our family, sorry. Kitchen is fine and suitable for cooking. Nearby 2 supermarkets. We have difficulty to enter, because we haven’t local cellphone . One important thing before check in you should contact property by phone, WhatsApp or Viber, because the no reception and no information about apartment on entrance, so please call to owner.

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

1. Perfect cleanliness. The apartments are really very clean and clean is the main plus.
2. There is everything necessary. There is the necessary kitchen equipment for cooking.
3. Good location. There are stores near the beach, near the house, everything is convenient.
Minorities (which hold all rest):
1. Permanent noise from the road (24/7). Windows go to the track, sleep with an open fort is impossible. On the terrace too, do not sit because of the cars.
2. Hearing like under a microscope. It seems that neighbors are sitting in the same room with you. Especially ”lucky” when a hot pair settled in, they had a very turbulent **** all night, and the sound isolation did not save.
3. Renovation from 2nd floor. From morning to late night there are scratch, drilling and doing something. They are interfering not only at night but also at daytime.
4. Nowhere to eat. There is no full table. The journal table is very small and low behind it is uncomfortable to eat. You won't understand on the terrace as there is the same noise of cars.
Summary: The apartments are very clean and comfortable if you look only at the picture, but because of the road, repairers and neighbors I have not slept completely. It will only suit those who have beers built into the head, or who plans to come only to stay under the sleep mask.

GGuest UserExcellent apartment! Very spacious, you feel at ease. The room has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay: a full set of dishes, a large, comfortable bed, and even a washing basin and a clothes dryer for small household items—very thoughtful. Everything is clean and tidy.
A special thank you to the hosts for their kindness—we were able to check in early, which was very nice.
Cons: a bit of noise from the neighbors in the evening. But if you have a busy schedule and don't plan to go to bed early, this won't spoil the experience. Overall, we were very satisfied!

GGuest UserПроживали несколько дней, поселили в апартаменты не с самым лучшем видом (на стенку соседнего отеля), с маленькими окошками, было всегда темно. Просили переселить- нам говорили, что все занято. Потом мы перепутали даты выселения и уехали в город гулять, нам написал отель, что мы должны выселиться, приезжаем в срочном порядке обратно и видим такую картину: все наши вещи в мусорных мешках стоят в общественном коридоре. Нет матерных таких слов, чтобы описать то, как унизительно было забирать вещи. Да, мы виноваты, что перепутали время выселения, но мы приехали в 12 часов (выезд до 10) , заселения новых жителей в 15, точно ли это требовало таких мерзких поступков со стороны отеля? Я думаю нет. Расположение отеля хорошее, парковка стоит 1500руб ночь, что тоже странно, если у них своя парковка почему нельзя ее сделать бесплатной, как во многих отелях.
Не берите обычные апартаменты, обязательно берите с балконом или выше классом иначе вы будете жить в темнице с видом на соседний отель.

TTsoykaNice, clean, spacious apartment. Close to the waterfront. Located in a shopping center.
There's a large supermarket nearby. Fair prices and a wide selection.
There's a large construction site nearby on the waterfront. Like almost the entire area.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. There's parking downstairs for €15/day. Very convenient. Upon check-in, you'll receive a card that allows unlimited entry and exit throughout the day.
The apartment itself has a small kitchen and a drying rack on the balcony.
The only thing missing is a small dining table or a bar counter (there's plenty of space) and a lid for the frying pan. 🙂
The hosts are pleasant people; they tell you everything, greet you, and even go out of their way to accommodate you in some situations 👍🏻.
