Very nice hotel and close to Roma Termini. Very quick checking everything on line, using their own wifi. The room was extremely clean, and the bathroom was very roomy. I travel a lot for business, for short stays, so for me it was perfect. It also had a nespresso machine!
The area around the termini is very busy and lots of nice restaurants. Despite what some say, I felt very safe. If you eat, try the lamp chops Roma style in La Pergola restaurant around the corner from Numa Linea. Enhoy!

Ik kon alleen reizen! Er is genoeg ruimte voor één persoon. Voor twee personen is het misschien wat krap. De grote drager kan worden uitgevouwen. De kamer was prachtig en had een balkon, wat geweldig was! ! Het personeel bij de receptie is erg vriendelijk, de kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en de waterflesjes worden altijd bijgevuld. Er is ook een waterkoker, kopjes, koffie, thee, een föhn, handzeep, shampoo, lichaamszeep en bodycrème aanwezig. Handdoeken zijn in voldoende mate aanwezig. Vanaf het REG-station is het 7-8 minuten lopen, maar vanaf het metrostation is het ongeveer 20 minuten lopen. Het was echter wel leuk om er rond te lopen en het allerbelangrijkste: het hotel was comfortabel en mooi. De wasserette bevindt zich ook op de kelderverdieping en is voorzien van wasmiddel. (Deze zijn ook gratis) Er is een droger, maar ik hou niet zo van drogers, dus heb ik ze in het raam van mijn kamer te drogen gehangen. Andere gasten hadden ook droogrekken tot hun beschikking, waar ze ook gebruik van maakten. Er was ook een strijkijzer, dat was handig. Alle kamers hebben een balkon met uitzicht op de rivier. Aan de overkant van de rivier bevinden zich winkels, waardoor het 's nachts wat rumoerig kan zijn. Als je het raam sluit, hoor je niets. Ik kon zonder problemen Wi-Fi gebruiken. Als ik nog eens naar Rome ga, wil ik graag in dit hotel verblijven.

Все, как и в описании: это не основной четырехзвездочном отель, а его младший брат. Регистрация в основном отеле, а проживание в соседнем здании. Белье, полотенца чистые, в достаточном количестве. В номере: шкаф, стол, 1.5 стула, чайник, чайный набор, есть мини-бар. Было ощущение, что пол не мыли, на кафеле, когда приехали, были волосы. Можно докупить завтрак в соседнем отеле 20 евро с человека в день - вкусный, на крыше. Очень громко открываются/закрываются двери, когда люди приходят/уходят, кажется, что кто-то пытается выломать дверь, а звук считывателя карточки ещё хуже. Все осложняется так же тем, что дверь можно открывать только пока звучит звук. И мы, и соседи, судя по звукам, прикладывали карточку, а дальше пытались открыть дверь, надо одновременно. Было бы в сто раз лучше, если бы это исправили.

If you are on a car, I strongly recommend it. The hotel is in a wonderfully beautiful place. Silence and peace. There is a swimming pool, sleeves. Great parking.
To the centre of Rome 35 minutes. Welcome staff, but not everyone knows English. A decent breakfast of €15, offer excellent coffee.

AAndrei SobolevskiHiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment.
The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot.
Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours.
The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions.
HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place.
All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

The reception is open 24 hours a day, and Gemma, the Russian-speaking staff, speaks the language perfectly and takes care of all your needs! The breakfasts are wonderful, I've attached a photo, and the room has shampoo and shower gel! There's a kitchen where we cooked, which is very convenient! There's a Carrefour supermarket near the hotel! Victoria, a Russian woman, makes wonderful coffee for breakfast! The hotel has a unique feature: air conditioning, powered by stationary equipment, like a smart home! We stayed in room 503, and the door was accidentally left open and it was very cold at night, but our issue was quickly resolved. We invited master Luca, who moved the closet and sealed everything tightly. The following nights were comfortably warm! The Vatican is nearby, so the hotel is very conveniently located! But I want to warn you that you should arrive from the direction of the St. Peter's Basilica bus stop, take bus numbers 62 and 64! Don't take the metro!!!!! The stairs from the metro are very steep and difficult to climb with a suitcase! So, it's better to take the bus stop. I've included photos below of how to get there! Everything is within walking distance!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well-maintained, and the service is excellent. Stefhany checked me in at the front desk, and it was a very quick process; she was incredibly friendly. I was able to store my luggage while waiting for my room to be ready at 3 PM. Although the area outside isn't the best, with some questionable individuals due to its proximity to the terminal, there was always security nearby, and police patrols were frequent. The rooms were quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. It's located two blocks from Termini, and there's a bus station very close by, which made getting around easy, especially when returning late at night.

SShareen41I didn't receive the room I paid for which was the superior room with balcony and sofa, instead a standard room without the balcony and sofa and small for 2 people for 4 nights.
However the room was clean, a modern feel, the bathroom sink tap had limescale all over it and a flickering light, aircon really loud and noisy.
Daily cleaners but one day came super early at 8am.
Perfect central location, the fountain being a 6 minute walk away, close to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

GGuest UserOverall it was good, but there are a couple of moments that have spoiled the impressions, and mostly those are moments of recreation organization. So, a day before settlement I didn't get instructions on settlement, and I didn't know how to act, where to take the keys, whether someone will meet me, at least the phone of the administrator (Acting!). when I arrived I went to the building at the address, the phone in the voucher. There was just an entrance door without a reseption. No one answered the phone in the voucher. But the sign in front of the door was given the phone number, the girl replied, but said she no longer works in these apartments, but gave the current phone number to Mikael, an employee or host. It was good that he replied quickly and sent all the details further. I left my luggage and settled later. The opportunity to leave my luggage This was the main advantage of the apartments! :) When I was inhabited, I met Mum Mikaele, who does not speak English at all, unfortunately. This is why she probably couldn't explain how to use the elevator, and that in case of problems with the entrance door, it can be opened by code. So when we arrived at 23:30 and we had the key not opening the door, I wrote / called Mikael again, he sent the code. And after all, it could have been sent out earlier, and then we would have no stress.

GGuest UserHi, you need this one, very much a must to go. Waking to the Vatican with a reasonable price, and what else you want? This is a suite with a functional kitchen, and you really can fix up a nice meal there. It’s very close to the mini market, and it’s convenient to catch the public transportation system. The bathroom is designed well as a true bathroom as the American standard. There are a bunch of ristorante with tasty food, and even providing Asian cuisine. Front desk lady is nice and willing to help. Hi, after you check in, REMEMBER the four digits code on the keycard pouch; that’s your access code to enter the big wood door. You have to expect for your safety, the front door should be always locked, and the front desk people are not robots and cannot be there all the time.

GGuest UserThere was no trash can. I only met the front desk staff at check-in, and was unable to speak to them at other times, so I was unable to make any requests or ask any questions. There was one washing machine and one dryer, which was great to have for free, but if they were already in use, I had to wait quite a while. Cleaning was done daily, and coffee and other items were sometimes replenished. The shower's drainage was weak, so it overflowed quickly, which was a bit of a concern. The lighting in the room was generally dim.
