Apartments in Lazio, Italy

Super tolle Lage! Etwas schwer mit Tür öffnen und Internet aber es geht

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Было сложно попасть в помещение, так как на главной двери кодовый замок. Так же комната не была готова к моменту заезда. Все остальное устроило

Very near St Peter’s Basilica, within walking distance. Interesting room layout. But the room type that we were staying in is more suitable for young people, not elderly as one will need to climb up. Bathroom is quite basic, but clean. Room is clean , with microwave and kettle. No TV/slippers/ tissue paper provided. Staff was very helpful. Our booking came with breakfast, they helped packed our breakfast. Breakfast was yummy.

Great location, just a 2-3 minute walk from Termini Station, with many restaurants nearby. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable, and the facilities were also brand new. There are self-service lockers for luggage storage, and a washer and dryer available, though I'd recommend offering laundry detergent for a fee. I'd also suggest putting a more prominent sign at the main entrance, and some directional signs inside. Moving the reception desk to a corner would look more professional, or perhaps having a sign and relocating it to the basement.

Most beautiful place Very clean and modern I recommend No problems with the staff

We arrived in Rome late at night with our child, but the host provided very detailed instructions and thoughtful support for the check-in, so we were able to check in safely and without any difficulty. Thanks to the host, we were able to start our trip in Rome comfortably and enjoyably. Although this is a hostel, our room was surprisingly spacious, and the small but cozy shared kitchen was very convenient to use. The elevator system seemed a little complicated at first, but once we understood and followed the rules, it was perfectly safe to use and actually became a fun and unique experience. The location was also excellent. There are metro stations within easy reach in both directions, making it very convenient to get to the major tourist attractions. The neighborhood itself felt safe, pleasant, and comfortable, which was especially reassuring when traveling with a child. This was a wonderful place to stay and a great way to begin our first trip to Rome with our child. Thanks to the kind and helpful host, we were able to start our Italian journey with such wonderful memories. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This is the most friendly apartment-type hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff is super friendly. They always patiently provide us with service. We wanted to go out for seafood at night and recommended delicious restaurants to us. He was afraid that we couldn't find it. The gentleman took us to the restaurant to help us book a seat. It was really super enthusiastic. Their service was very humane. The apartment was very safe and you had to swipe your card to enter. The door was locked when no one was there. The room type design is very suitable for family travel. The hygiene is also very clean. The location is excellent. It is next to Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican City. There is even a waiting area for rest, eating and showering on the basement floor. Our flight was late and we rested comfortably here at the airport. The breakfast was also good. I liked the fruit and automatic pancake machine. Thank you again for helping me. The front desk staff, they are really very humane L’appartamento e’ vivo più gentile che abbia mai tipo hotel, della reception cameriere d’albergo super gentile, servizi loro pazienza fornirci ogni volta, vogliamo uscire di sera ditta Per mangiare frutti di mare di inviarci il delizioso raccomandata, paura non riusciamo a trovare, signore ho portato anche noi camminavamo hotel aiutarci prenotato l’ubicazione, super entusiasta, davvero speciale dei loro servizi umano, appartamenti molto sicurezza deve strisciare la prima, in gruppi, le persone non chi Chiave, stanza tipi di design perfetto per famiglie All’aeroporto proprio qui dove comodo unpo’ di riposo, a colazione va bene, a piace la frutta and a frittelle automatiche, ancora una volta grazie al cameriere che mi ha aiutato, che è stato particolarmente umano

**A Spotless Stay with Exceptional Support** This Rome rental exceeded expectations! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What truly stood out was the agency’s **outstanding hospitality** – they responded instantly to every inquiry, provided detailed local tips, and even helped arrange transportation for our early morning flight. While the space was compact (typical for central Rome), its clever design maximized functionality. Though not mentioned in the listing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood despite being within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. If you prioritize cleanliness, responsive support, and a central location, this rental is a fantastic choice. Perfect for travelers who value efficiency and a stress-free experience in the Eternal City!

O apartamento é super bem localizado, perto do centro e da estação de trem, amplo, limpo com ar condicionado, cozinha, foi tudo muito perfeito!!!
