Шум моторов от кондиционеров постоянно. Вид из номера на море, что несомненно радует. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Других гостей мы не слышали, только если они выходили на балкон. На стойке регистрации всегда много народа. Нам достались частные апартаменты, нужно было связываться с хозяином для заселения, у нас все прошло благополучно. Но я видела пару, которым хозяин не отвечал, неизвестно, заселились ли они вообще.... Около лифтов всегда толпа. В целом отдых в данном отеле понравился"

"Prachtige suite op een fantastische locatie. De service is echter slecht. Bij inchecken werd ons beloofd dat we op dezelfde kamer mochten blijven ivm nog een andere reservering. Die belofte werd de volgende dag echter niet nagekomen. Een passende oplossing werd eveneens niet geboden. We konden annuleren terwijl we dan alle kosten moesten betalen. Bovendien wordt op de site van Trip beweert dat een binnen zwembad is inbegrepen en dat is niet het geval. Tegen een flinke toeslag van 80 GEL per dag mag je gebruik maken van het zwembad. De volgende keer boek ik een ander hotel"

"We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment and generally felt very comfortable. We especially loved the location on the 23rd floor and the beautiful balcony with the view. The apartment was modern, spacious, and pleasantly quiet. Although the walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors' conversations, it didn't bother us much overall. The bed was comfortably firm and very cozy, the closets were large enough, and the bathroom was particularly nice and spacious. Even small details like toothbrushes and other toiletries were provided. The hand and bath towels were clean, soft, and lovely and fluffy. The kitchen was well-equipped with glasses, cutlery, a small knife, etc., so it was easy to prepare something small. However, dish soap, a sponge, and a dishcloth were missing, which we found a bit disappointing. A few things could still be improved regarding cleanliness: Unfortunately, the floor wasn't entirely clean – our feet were quite dirty after walking barefoot. The fabric sofa also had some noticeable stains. However, the most unpleasant issue was the occasional smell from the drain in the bathroom. It was sometimes so strong that it was hard to stay in the bathroom and even caused headaches. Luckily, this didn't happen constantly. Aside from these points, we really liked the apartment. It's a beautiful, modern, and cozy apartment with a great view – we would generally come back and hope that the minor issues have since been resolved."

My biggest fear when traveling is communicating with foreigners at the front desk, but this hotel offered full Chinese-speaking service, which was a real plus. They even provided fruit upon check-in, and the staff thoughtfully reminded us of safety precautions and things to be aware of while traveling. The room was very clean and comfortable, and they responded quickly to any inquiries. Overall, it was a great trip."

"Very convenient location is in the city center, a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars. The room is new, spacious, cleaning every day. The room was a balcony, nice to sit in the evening. Very kind staff, thank you for the reception. Of what needs to be improved- there was no refrigerator and a trash basket in the room. The mini kitchen indicated in the hotel description was also absent, we were unprincipled, but it should be indicated. Our room was also near the kitchen and breakfast area, the work of the staff starts early in the morning and could not sleep in the morning. I think it is wrong- guests come to rest rather than listen to the work of the kitchen from the early morning. Perhaps this is only a problem of the room we have offered, but it is significant. If this is not the point, the hotel is recommended to stay."
