This is amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect: the location, service, cleanliness, style, and comfort. Everything is brand new and of very high quality. The bedding is fantastic, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is a special treat – the water pressure and drainage are excellent, and anyone who travels a lot will understand what I mean. Perfect. 10 out of 10. The view is an added bonus!

De locatie is fantastisch, een herkenningspunt van Batoemi, direct naast het Hilton. Het hotel is ontwikkeld door dezelfde ontwikkelaar en ziet er identiek uit, met één gebouw toegewezen aan Hilton en het andere aan dit hotel. De helft van het gebouw wordt bewoond door bewoners en de andere helft wordt verhuurd. Twee bedrijven hebben de units ook overgenomen van de eigenaren en exploiteren ze nu als hotels. Ten eerste is het uitzicht adembenemend, met uitzicht op zee. Ten t****e is het zeer veilig. Ten derde, en het allerbelangrijkste, perfect voor een tussenstop, beschikt het over wasfaciliteiten. Ook het restaurant en de bar op de bovenste verdieping van het naastgelegen Hilton zijn een geweldige optie. Prachtige suite op een fantastische locatie. De service is echter slecht. Bij inchecken werd ons beloofd dat we op dezelfde kamer mochten blijven ivm nog een andere reservering. Die belofte werd de volgende dag echter niet nagekomen. Een passende oplossing werd eveneens niet geboden. We konden annuleren terwijl we dan alle kosten moesten betalen. Bovendien wordt op de site van Trip beweert dat een binnen zwembad is inbegrepen en dat is niet het geval. Tegen een flinke toeslag van 80 GEL per dag mag je gebruik maken van het zwembad. De volgende keer boek ik een ander hotel

Very convenient location is in the city center, a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars. The room is new, spacious, cleaning every day. The room was a balcony, nice to sit in the evening. Very kind staff, thank you for the reception. Of what needs to be improved- there was no refrigerator and a trash basket in the room. The mini kitchen indicated in the hotel description was also absent, we were unprincipled, but it should be indicated. Our room was also near the kitchen and breakfast area, the work of the staff starts early in the morning and could not sleep in the morning. I think it is wrong- guests come to rest rather than listen to the work of the kitchen from the early morning. Perhaps this is only a problem of the room we have offered, but it is significant. If this is not the point, the hotel is recommended to stay.

При заселении не нашли бронь, сказали что это частные апартаменты и звонить по указанному номеру телефона в броне. Хорошо там сразу ответили и удивились, что на ресепшене так сказали. Заселили раньше на 2 часа, за что отдельное спасибо, была очень уставшая после перелёта. Номер чистый, просторный, удобная кровать, есть немного посуды и чайник, кофе чай в пакетиках, фен. Из окна был неплохой вид. За 5 дней убрать номер пришли один раз. Спуститься на лифте вниз-это тот ещё квест🤣 Всё время набит битком, хотя их 6 штук. В общем не плохо, но очень много народу

The room was spacious, clean, and located in a very strategic area. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. However, there was no dishwashing soap, tissue, or functioning clothes hanger provided. One of the rooms had no electricity or water. The owner did not resolve the water issue until the next day, and the electricity was only restored about two hours after check-in.

Het leek gezellig en comfortabel, maar het gebouw was niet meteen te vinden en het was onmogelijk om contact op te nemen met de eigenaar. Ze vroegen om eerder in te checken, schreven ze, maar ze lazen het niet, daarna kwamen ze er niet door, ze wachtten lang, het inchecken werd zelfs uitgesteld vanaf de officiële tijd. Maar al het andere was prima. En ontbijten. En het nummer. De locatie is goed, alles is dichtbij

Отдых в апартаментах в Батуми оставил только самые приятные впечатления. Квартира полностью соответствовала фотографиям: современный ремонт, стильный интерьер и идеальная чистота. Вид с балкона на море и город — отдельное удовольствие, особенно на закате. Апартаменты оборудованы всем необходимым: удобная кровать, полностью укомплектованная кухня, быстрый Wi-Fi и исправно работающий кондиционер. Было ощущение, что продумана каждая деталь для комфортного проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить гостеприимство хозяина — всегда на связи, быстро отвечал на вопросы и помог с рекомендациями по отдыху и ресторанам. Расположение тоже отличное: рядом набережная, магазины и кафе, при этом в самом доме тихо и спокойно. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать эти апартаменты всем, кто планирует поездку в Батуми!❤️
