The room was spacious, clean, and located in a very strategic area. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. However, there was no dishwashing soap, tissue, or functioning clothes hanger provided. One of the rooms had no electricity or water. The owner did not resolve the water issue until the next day, and the electricity was only restored about two hours after check-in.

De locatie is fantastisch, een herkenningspunt van Batoemi, direct naast het Hilton. Het hotel is ontwikkeld door dezelfde ontwikkelaar en ziet er identiek uit, met één gebouw toegewezen aan Hilton en het andere aan dit hotel. De helft van het gebouw wordt bewoond door bewoners en de andere helft wordt verhuurd. Twee bedrijven hebben de units ook overgenomen van de eigenaren en exploiteren ze nu als hotels. Ten eerste is het uitzicht adembenemend, met uitzicht op zee. Ten t****e is het zeer veilig. Ten derde, en het allerbelangrijkste, perfect voor een tussenstop, beschikt het over wasfaciliteiten. Ook het restaurant en de bar op de bovenste verdieping van het naastgelegen Hilton zijn een geweldige optie. De prijs is ook zeer redelijk, waardoor het een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding heeft.

Замечательный апарт отель! Идеальная чистота, в номере все необходимое есть, удобное месторасположение, виды из окна потрясающие, море через дорогу, все достопримечательности буквально за углом. А какие завтраки… ! Хотелось съесть все) рекомендуем однозначно!

Modern and very clean building. Meticulously clean. Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building. However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Нас поселили в апартаментах с видом на море, на 22 этаже. Как уже упоминали ранее, персонал говорит по-русски, ребята очень стараются и всегда идут навстречу, нам даже предложили помочь с покупкой билетов на ЖД до Тбилиси! У нас было проживание без питания, завтракали где попало, в том числе внизу. Персонал так же учтив и добродушен. Ещё классное кафе в соседнем доме за углом. Лифты ходят четко, их 3 пассажирских. Номер просторный, есть где развернуться, с/у тоже. Болер стоял на ЭКО, поэтому когда хорошо помоешь голову, остальным уже не достанется и пришлось ждать. У нас ещё плохо открывалась дверь в ванной (задевала пол) и текла раковина. В душевой, если Лейку не держать в руках, но по стеклу льет на бортик и пол. Но это все было совершенно не напряжно и мы приноровились. Полотенца меняли каждый день, а постельное белье раз в 3 дня. На этаж иногда залетают комары, имейте ввиду. В су полотенцесушитель с подогревом,это удобно. На балкончик помещалось 2 стула, иногда там можно посидеть, выпить вина. До старого города (подъемник) пешком ровно час, гуляли по набережной каждый день, очень большая и прекрасная! Рядом с отелем много обменников, ТЦ, свежий хлеб, магазины и тд. Мы довольны своим выбором,рекомендуем.

Отличная квартира с прекрасным видом. Красиво солнце садится на закате. Внутри были одноразовые принадлежности, постельное белье и полотенца отличного качества. Владелец отвечал очень быстро и заселили быстро. Так же в этих апартаментах очень много сдающих арендодателей, так как мы уезжали дальше в Тбилиси, а потом мы приехали и нам нужна была квартира на ночь, эта квартира была занята. Мы забронировали у других, и там все было намного плохо. Так что советую именно этого хозяина квартиры.

Спасибо людям, которые писали в отзывах, как найти отель. Без них мы наверное никогда его не нашли. Это огромное здание, в котором находится казино. Чтобы попасть в отель, нужно обойти его и со стороны двора войти в дверь, где написано Reception B, и на лифте подняться на 33 этаж. В целом вариант неплохой. Мы брали номер Junior. Диван не раскладывается, для второго ребенка нам поставили дополнительную раскладушку. Есть маленький балкончик. Но вид не такой шикарный как на фото, потому что кругом стройка. Задние стоит торцом к морю, из номеров море видно, но между другими зданиями. Мы жили 5 дней. Номер убирали каждый день, полотенца поменяли на 4ый день. Постель нам каждый день заправляли, но вроде не меняли. Завтраки вкусные, но выбор очень маленький. Само кафе тоже маленькое, но уютное, там же на 33 этаже. Персонал все молоденькие девочки, по-русски почти никто не говорит, общались на английском. Депозит с нас не брали. Обратный вылет у нас был поздно вечером, мы попросили оставить сумки до вечера, оставили без проблем, но камеры хранения у них нет, просто на ресепшене стояли. Очередей в лифт не было (как в соседних заданиях orbi).

We had little difficulty to find location as the picture we saw while booking was Restaurant photo opposite to location..But Rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and amenities were good sea view was good overall Good value for money.We would like to stay more when we visit Batumi again in future.
