Esta muy a gusto el alojamiento, los dormitorios tienen bastante privacidad, las áreas comunes están muy bien cuidadas y son bastante bonitas. La limpieza en general es muy buena y se respetan las horas de silencio para que todos puedan descansar.

位於大廣場，plaza saint lucia一條線的saint ana廣場邊上，房主還經營着hotel casa maya，扣款賬號用hotel。房主非常有品味，自住在主人房，客房三間裝修做酒店用，管家和廚師都會為你服務。三間房都很漂亮，公共空間巨大敞開休息，二樓房間帶有陽台。唯一不足是雙人床，不是King queen bed！

The hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.

一個幾間房的家庭旅館，和網上圖片看到的一樣；早上提供一份早餐還是挺方便的。 房間算寬敞，其他一切都還好，我唯一不習慣的是淋浴衹有頂噴，沒有花灑。 門口可以停車，離城中心都不算遠

Personnel très accueillant Il y a un petit coin pour se faire à manger. Je ne met pas 5/5 car déçu très bruyant les chambres sont petites. Dans les chambres comme les douches et comme dans les WC il y a des moustiquaires en haut (je pense que c’est pour remplacer les fenêtres) on entends tout Du film ou série du voisin les portes qui claques …

Super cozy hotel. The location is just near by the center. The room is very nice and clear and the pool is just everything you need after exploring Valladolid!

Service was great we arrived almost 8pm. Be aware we did not stay at the address listed but there are 3 properties 2 mins walking to each other. We arrived at the address and there was a sign with a number to call or contact on WhatsApp. They answered quickly and came to get us and our luggage to checkin at the main building then led us to the other (3rd location). Our room room was small but clean. The pool in our building was the biggest but there was leaves inside looked unmaintained but not gross…fairly clean. There was a little “kitchen” with a fridge and microwave and coffee maker which looked like it hasn’t been used in a long time before getting to the pool…there were 2 sets of chairs at the pool. Now at the main building the complimentary continental breakfast was fruit, yogurt, granola, and coffee. The optional buffet was 190 pesos and WELL worth it many options and delicious. The main building pol was very cute and we loved the complimentary “steam bath” which is a steam room with shower heads…need to let them know 10 mins before to preheat it. They also helped arrange our excursion to cenotes which was cheaper than we saw elsewhere. We communicated thru WhatsApp no complaints I’d stay here again….we struggled with hot water often it was lukewarm but apparently that’s a thing in this area. It’s close enough to the popular area called “centro” about a 25 min walk and 10 mins to the US consulate

Good value for money, hotel is a hostel but has private rooms upstairs which is what we booked. Plenty of space in the room but the beds seemed relatively small for a couple. The shower was a little bit dirty with dirt floating while showering so we had to wear flip flops while showering. Location is walkable and quiet to the centre, never felt unsafe in the two day booking we had.
