This time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.

De accommodatie was relatief schoon en gunstig gelegen. Het was zeer goed uitgerust en bood een uitzonderlijke omgeving met veel voorzieningen, waaronder een zwembad.
Het receptiepersoneel was erg vriendelijk en gastvrij en gaf duidelijke instructies. Ik zou er zonder aarzeling weer verblijven als de gelegenheid zich voordoet; ik kan het van harte aanbevelen.

L hôtel rénove toute la façade en ce moment ce qui était nécessaire...je craignais que mon studio soit un peu vétusté mais ce n était pas le casc était propre et bien entretenu...
Le personnel est accueillant, il y a des machines à laver, une fontaine à eau pure et un coin détente...
Il y a un grand parking a 10e la nuit
Le quartier est très tranquille eta 10 mn à pied il y a le vieux Rennes avec beaucoup de commerces et restaurants
C était plutôt une bonne expérience

The hotel is close to the city centre, with a 10-15 minutes walk. We reserved a car parking within the hotel garage, which is safe and free. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast has good variety. There is a small gymnasium room with treadmill and bicycle. Staff are friendly. Walking ~ 15 -20 minutes can access the tourist spots like the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, canal, Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rennes and high street restaurants and shops. Overall excellent stay.

Bon acceuil par le personnel ainsi l'efficacité des installations. Petit déjeuner correct. Néanmoins il serait souhaitable d'avoir un paqet de serviettes en papier à disposition dans la cafétariat ainsi que dans la chambre.

Emplacement parfait pour accéder à la plage, architecture ok de la résidence, mais la vue sur le parking et un énorme mur (muraille?) sale entre viennent malheureusement réduire la note « extérieurs », …tout le monde n’a pas la vue « piscine » si largement diffusée.
Côté intérieur, des communs fatigués mais fonctionnels. Un appartement propre, des espaces plutôt spacieux (expérience d’un deux pièces). Bémol sur la salle de bain : baignoire ok, mais douche étroite et manque d’étageres, de rangements.

Nous sommes arrivés avec un couple d'amis à adagio.
Quand nous avons découvert notre appartement, nous avons été ravis de voir qu'il était propre, spacieux et moderne.
Tout à été pensé, billard, jeux enfants, espace d'étente non loin du salon de l'accueil....personnel agréable.
Le petit déjeuner, très bien, il y a du choix et c'est très bon.
Petit bémol nous avions réservé un créneau jacuzzi de 15 min et des gens étaient dedans mais sans avoir réservé du faite qu'ils n'avaient pas eu l'information avec le réceptionniste.
Nous avons pu le faire 30 min après notre créneau, heureusement car 15 min est déjà très court....
Sinon nous avions accès à la piscine et espace bien être pendant 45 min

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are very new. We chose a triple room for a family trip. The three beds were not crowded. We were amazed by the kitchen in the room. The kitchen was open with two doors. It had all the facilities (dishwasher, microwave, plates, cups, even detergent and dishcloths).
Environment: The environment is very good. The hotel lobby is simple and warm. There are vending machines to buy drinks (there is no mineral water in the room). It is very close to the central city and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there.
Service: Because it is a self-driving tour, parking at the hotel is also very convenient. The parking lot is relatively large and automatic in and out.

KKris LegendeThe hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained...
The staff is welcoming, there are washing machines, a pure water fountain and a relaxation area...
There is a large car park at 10e per night
The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants
It was a rather good experience

GGuest UserBed and towels are clean, water is hot, it's the most important. Overall the apartments are clean enough. Only the floor was a little dusty.
Staff is kind, location is good: near the supermarket, to the center of minutes 10-15 on foot. To the station is also close, too near 10-15 minutes.
The instructions in the room are written to throw away the garbage. We sorted everything but it was not clear where to throw. It turned out to be a room on the bottom floor. It was difficult to find: no signature.

還可以自己煮飯光線也很好，雖然大部分時間很多時候天氣不好，夜晚也睡得非常好（雖然沒有冷氣，但是八月晚上很涼）。
