I would say this was good, rather than average, but Tripadvisor does not use this rating. · The hotel is still reasonably new and modern. The room size was bigger than the other aparthotel studios we stayed. We booked the hotel as it is located in the suburbs and close to the main roads, as we wanted the visit Mt St Michel and st Malo. Both destinations reachable with one hour. There was a separate kitchen area, but bench space was still small. When we arrived we had an issue with the room and although there was no reception staff, the problems was solved. There is a shopping mall with a intermarche closeby, just a five minute walk. We had a room at the south side and this means a lot of sun. The windows can be opened but there is no airconditioning. So the room was actually too warm. It is not possible to prepare a meal. Just heat something in the microwave, as the bench area is very small. There is parking next to the hotel for a reasonable price, but this is also used by the hospital staff and a car park is not guaranteed. And it can be full.

It was great, we arrived late so there was no one at the reception. However we were able to get clear instructions in self checkin. Everything was spotless. Great experience

De passage à Rennes pour le travail et pour respecter la politique voyage de mon entreprise j'ai fait le choix de cette résidence. A contrecœur au départ car j'avais dans une autre ville eu une très mauvaise expérience de l'enseigne. Quelle agréable surprise, une chambre suffisamment grande, tout comme la salle de douche et le coin cuisine parfaitement équipé qui permet d'éviter un restaurant en solo. L'accueil, le calme, la propreté sont tout autant appréciable. Bravo à toute l'équipe en charge de la vie de cette résidence.

C'est presque parfait. On peut reprocher une literie un peu dure (mais confortable néanmoins) et un manque de quelques ustensiles en cuisine (bouilloire, grille-pain).
Dans notre appartement les chaises étaient également très vieillissantes !!! Sinon, c'est très bien et le personnel d'accueil est au top.

Parfait, mis à part que le SPA ne fonctionnait pas et on ne m'avait pas prévenu la veille lors de mon appel pour confirmer la réservation. C'est un peu dommage alors que j'avais réservé cet hotel aussi en fonction de cela. Peu de place de parking à proximité il faut soit se garer sur site moyennant 4 euros par nuit soit plus loin dans un parking public

Bel établissement qui propose des chambres spacieuses, propres et lumineuses. On aime le frigo qui permet de boire frais et de faire un peu de cuisine lorsque l'on est là pour un long séjour. Dessing et table de travail sont bien adaptés. La literie est très confortable. Attention, l'établissement possède des chambres à 2 petits lits ce qui n'est pas très prisé des français.
