The location is excellent, right next to a commercial area and night market. The room is very spacious, like a small apartment, fully equipped, and even comes with a scale. The room doors and windows are very thick, providing excellent sound insulation. I wasn't disturbed at all during my two-night stay. The hotel provides a detailed 'manual' covering the hotel itself, transportation, services, rooms, restaurants, and safety, which is a big plus. The breakfast is fantastic, especially with staff offering freshly squeezed juice. Every morning, guests ordered apple juice, which was incredibly fresh, sweet, and rich. Outside of breakfast hours, the restaurant still offers complimentary coffee and snacks. There's a free washer and dryer on the second floor, which is better than many more upscale hotels that charge for this service. Areas for improvement: The hot water for the bathtub was strong and quick, but the hot water from the faucet took a long time to warm up. The reason for this is unclear. The lights from some of the ceiling fixtures in the room were too bright, and some even flickered, which could significantly affect guests sensitive to light during sleep. The main entrance is not automatic and there's no doorman. It's quite difficult for guests to open the heavy door with luggage in one hand. I suggest replacing it with an automatic sliding door.

Room is in a hotel but check in is not at main desk, there is a keypad on the room’s door used to enter the room. Good location - very close to McDonald’s and Starbucks, and there’s a lot of smaller shops within walking distance. Room was very clean with comfortable bed. I would stay here again if I return to Hengchun.

I didn’t know that I had to take the initiative to add a guest when I booked the room. I only found out the day before the trip that I added their guest in the middle of the night and returned within half an hour. The customer service staff didn’t sleep, haha. The location of the room is super good. The room is pretty big for this price. It can be seen that it has been decorated with care. The bathroom is still separated from wet and dry, and it has a disposable toilet! It’s really worth living in a room like this at this price. There shouldn’t be any other cheap places like this in Taipei. All in all, I’m very satisfied :)

Very close to Hualien Railway Station, the room door and the door are all password locks, very convenient, the sound insulation inside is a little bad, the external is OK, but because it is close to Hualien Airport, there will still be quite a lot of planes taking off and landing sound

The location is convenient, but the nightclub downstairs raises some safety concerns when coming and going. The room had a bit of a musty smell, which needs improvement. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The space was a bit small, especially since we had a triple room, making it hard to fully open our suitcases. Even though it's self check-in, the staff responded very quickly and politely on Line. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

The location is excellent. Given the nature of the region in Taiwan, it is difficult to find affordable accommodation, so I am satisfied in that regard. Honestly, if you are very particular about cleanliness, you should go for a 5-star or higher luxury hotel; however, if you don't mind that much, I recommend it! You can think of it as staying in an officetel (apartment) for a few days, and the noise level is comparable to that of a standard apartment or studio. Also, since I checked in late, I found it helpful to take the key box with me. However, please note that towels and similar items are not provided in large quantities.

The room was well-equipped and clean, with plenty of hot water and strong water pressure in the bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable, though it was a small double bed. It was about a 10-minute walk to the city center, not too far. The only downside was the parking. Before checking in, I confirmed that there were parking spaces available and that I could drive my car. However, upon arrival, I was told that the parking lot was full and I had to park in the paid parking lot, which offered a daily allowance of 200. If I needed to drive out during the day, the parking fee might exceed 200. Also, the entrance to the paid parking lot was in a narrow alley, so drivers of large vehicles should be careful.

The location is in an old building with outdated facilities, and the room looks quite different from the photos, so don't have too high expectations. It's okay if you just need a place to sleep for one night; at least the shower water is hot enough, the air conditioning is cool, and disposable towels are provided, which is nice. The biggest advantage is that it's very close to Ximen Underground Mall and Ximen Station.

We frequently visit Chiayi and have stayed in many accommodations. 122 has an excellent location, and you can even reserve parking in advance. The rooms are clean and comfortable even without staff. Self-check-in is convenient, and we highly recommend it. The only downside to our four-person room was its proximity to the road, making it easy to hear car noises while trying to fall asleep. If this bothers you, remember to bring earplugs; it will easily solve the problem. We also used the automatic mahjong machine in the basement this time. The whole family enjoyed it, and the kids were very happy. They even said they'd like to book the entire building next time.
