This hotel is excellent. The location is very convenient with great access to public transport, and there are plenty of useful facilities in the surrounding area. Having a washer and dryer inside the room was especially convenient.

The room is very big and nice, but the bed is soooo squeaky. Also the view out of the window is pretty nice. There’s street food right next to the entrance

I had a great stay for three nights in Hefei, the room was well equipped (fridge, washing machine and a projector to watch movies if you wish so), large and clean. I wish towels would have been a bit thicker, they seemed kinda cheap. Also the floor drain lr shower was sucking water kinda slow so you need to take quick shower or you are gonna stand in a deep water after a while. 🤣 Overall pretty good place to stay in Hefei, for the current price it is a great deal.

很棒，連住了三晚。 房間乾淨，loft很好玩，隔音也不錯。 推薦訂行政雙床房，總體很棒，乾淨最重要。打掃的阿姨，手腳麻利，也不多廢話，很快收拾完就出去了，老闆請給她加工資，五星送給這家酒店。 對接的前台也挺好的，認真做事情，沒什麼廢話。

The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

這次入住體驗超棒！房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間打掃得一塵不染，沒有絲毫異味，住得很安心。客服服務熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，還貼心推薦周邊好去處。周邊吃飯購物超方便，整體性價比很高，下次還選這兒！

對停車場描述不清，沒有提醒顧客地上停車場，導致顧客誤入其他商業地下停車場，多付了三倍60元的停車費。顧客詢問並給建議，房東態度卻極其惡劣，百般推諉，極其沒有同理心。長年出門，第一次給差評，簡直無語。申請的下午兩點退房，沒有到時間，密碼就失效了，顧客打電話詢問，又解釋是密碼鎖的問題，請問，房東的服務在哪裡？態度差評！！！！

總體還説還不錯，性價比挺高。房間還算乾淨整潔衞生。房間很大，在公寓樓裏面。酒店服務也不錯，通過微信服務。

Omdat we met z'n vieren waren, raadde de eigenares een ouder-kind kamer aan en voegde een klein bed toe. De omgeving was geweldig, met ramen en vloeren van vloer tot plafond. Ik vond vooral de massief houten deur in de kamer fijn. De badkamer was gescheiden in droge en natte gedeeltes en was erg schoon. De eigenares en haar twee zussen waren eerder tourgidsen en ze kenden de attracties en routes erg goed. 's Avonds hielpen ze ons met het boeken van tickets, kabelbaantickets en bustickets, legden ze de routes en voorzorgsmaatregelen voor de tour uit en zorgden ze voor een goede voorbereiding op onze soepele tocht de berg op de volgende dag. Het was een geweldige service en ik wilde de eigenares een kleine rode envelop geven, maar ze weigerde. Het is een zeer aan te bevelen homestay met een goede en stijlvolle omgeving. De eigenares is enthousiast en betrouwbaar. Trouwens, er is een lift in het gebouw! We gingen die dag ook naar Emerald Valley. De eigenares leende ons vier paraplu's en reed ons de volgende dag naar de bushalte. Op de dag dat we de berg afgingen, vond ze een chauffeur die ons ophaalde bij het hogesnelheidstreinstation en bracht onze bagage die naar de verkeerde plek was gestuurd. Ze was zo attent en bespaarde ons een hoop moeite. Een perfecte reis!
