房間非常舒適乾淨，床品也是非常棒。冰箱有免費飲料果汁和啤酒，並且每天免費補齊。別墅的私湯也很好，非常舒適、私密性強，我們衹預訂了早飯，有日式和西式可公選擇，（不是自助餐形式）。別墅位置方便，距離地獄谷公園走路幾分鐘就到，離巴士站也是2分鐘的距離，去雪場滑雪非常方便。總之是個很好的酒店，如果錢不是問題，強烈推薦了。
如果説唯一的缺陷就是：如果玩兒長野其他地方，那麼需要有交通工具去到長野，然後再繼續前往了。我們選擇了公交，大約1小時到長野。
另外如果坐電鐵到湯田中站，下車有點兒懵逼。問了半天，才知道車站對面有個小房子可以調度出租車，3.5公里，1700日元。
已經給酒店建議了應該留下酒店郵箱以便更好溝通，目前平台衹提供了日本電話，誰會打國際長途問怎麼到達呢？我不會，也沒打，因為即使酒店告訴你，你也是懵逼，不知所雲。

it was an excellent service from the host, fluent in english and he even pick us up and drove us to the station. the villa gave us a magical experience, everything was top notch. and also important thing is the location, if you plan to go to iwatake snowpeaks then komakusa villa is the best place to stay, just 1 minute walk and you can see the gondola from the room. thankyou yutaka fukushima

GGuest UserThe place looks exactly like the photos, no exaggeration at all. The entire house is enveloped by nature. In the mornings, I meditated and read in the garden with birds singing in the woods – it truly felt like my body was completely at one with nature. The owner mentioned that this particular unit boasts the largest garden among all their room types and was designed to mimic the architecture of the Kogen Church. The upstairs features an open sleeping area with four futons, which could easily accommodate six people. Downstairs also offers a tatami sleeping area. One thing to note is that sound travels easily between floors, as they are all open-plan rooms.
The bathroom facilities are absolutely fantastic! With a built-in drying system and a hairdryer, the floor dries instantly after you shower. All the room amenities felt like they were from premium brands. My favorite item, surprisingly, was the trash can, haha! It's exactly the kind of setup Shanghai's waste classification system desperately needs. I'm already 'sold' on it and planning to get one myself, haha!
Guests can also cook their own meals here. The owner's breakfast was not only generous but also incredibly delicious. I'll definitely have to try the steak for dinner next time – I'm sure it's excellent. The owner was incredibly kind and patient, helping us arrange taxis and even providing pick-up and drop-off services. We're very grateful. Karuizawa's summer weather is wonderfully comfortable and refreshing. The hotel's location is also fantastic, within walking distance of the Wild Bird Forest. Just a quick note: breakfast and dinner need to be reserved in advance!

GGuest UserThere are only three separate rooms in the whole hotel. When I found out that only we stayed on the day, Check-in was very simple. After getting the key, I entered the house with only Huahua sound. Every place in the house was a punching position. The kitchen utensils are very complete and very tidy, and cooking is difficult. The environment outside the sunrise house in the morning is also very beautiful. Six people stay in the perfect place. After skiing, go back to the house and talk wine with friends － stream, and will definitely live again.

GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable and clean, and the bedding was great. The refrigerator has free drinks juice and beer, and it is free to fill up every day. The private soup in the villa is also very good, very comfortable and private. We booked breakfast and have Japanese and Western options (not buffet form). The location of the villa is convenient, just a few minutes walk from Hell Valley Park, and 2 minutes from the bus stop. It is very convenient to go skiing in the snow field. In short, it is a very good hotel. If money is not a problem, it is highly recommended.
If the only drawback is that if you play other places in Nagano, you need to have a transportation to Nagano and then continue. We chose the bus, about 1 hour to Nagano.
In addition, if you take the electric rail to Yudanzhong Station, it is a bit awkward to get off the bus. After asking for a long time, I realized that there is a small house opposite the station that can dispatch a taxi, 3.5 kilometers, 1700 yen.
I have already suggested to the hotel that I should leave the hotel mailbox for better communication. At present, the platform provides Japanese phone calls. Who will call the international long-distance and ask how to get there? I don't know, I didn't call, because even if the hotel tells you, you are also confused and do not know what to do.
