"This is my second time staying at this Villa. Really love the room and the private pool. Except you have to be careful of the food left outside. Not sure it's the bird , squirrels or monkey that came to eat. Besides this, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We communicate our needs through WhatsApp. And they were very responsive. The breakfast was served in house. Their hot chocolate is very nice. Nearby the Villa is the Lagoi Bay Beach, and a shopping area. There is a big Mustafa there, and Japanese Ramen Restaurant. They even provide driver to pick us up from the Ferry Terminal to the Villa. Will recommend all to stay here for a time of relaxation."

"The owner was incredibly kind and attentive. When we arrived, there was no water at the house due to a main pipe repair in Batam, but the owner truly took responsibility. They provided us with buckets and a gallon of water. The accommodation was very comfortable and beautiful, and all facilities were usable. Highly recommended for large families. Hope to see you again!"

"Saya pesan dari aplikasi ini, dapat harga murah sih, namun mulai awal cek in, resepsionist nya benar2 gak profesional. Mungkin karna harga pemesanan saya murah kali, ya? Jadi kayak dibeda2in gtu. Gak dikasi welcome drink, padahal cuman teh doang, dilama2in, mulai cek in jam 14.20, baru dikasi kunci villa jam 3 lewat, alasan lagi dibersihin. Pas paginya mau sarapan, suruh bayar padahal dapat free 2 org sesuai tertulis di aplikasi, waktu parkir mobil di depan villa, dibilang buat pengunjung lain. Asli kecewa ama personil yg kerja. Padahal taon kemaren juga nginap di sini. Gak lagi2 deh. Moga2 owner-nya Nongsa Point mau mengevaluasi kwalitas resepsionist nya. Kalo yg lainnya oke gak da masalah. Namanya mo liburan harusnya jadi mood booster, ini malah jadi kesel diginiin. Apa karna orang lokal, ya. Kalo org asing mungkin mereka lebih ramah, ngah lah."

"Very clean and tidy. Enjoyed lifestyle away from city hustle and bustle. Surprised, no mosquitos surrounded by trees. Swimming pool was very clean. It will be convenient to have vending machine softdrinks at reception lobby. No bathway to reach the jetty."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The overall vibe of the place was very nice, and the private pool was definitely the biggest highlight, especially at night when the pool lights were on. It created such a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. There are a few areas that could be improved, though. We noticed quite a lot of mosquitoes and lizards. Mosquito nets or devices could help with the situation. A fan in the main seating area would make the space more comfortable. The rooms could also benefit from a mini fridge, more power sockets, and better-maintained doors, as some of the room doors were damaged. There was also no room service provided during our stay. The location can be a little difficult to find as there is limited signage, so clearer directions would be helpful. We also requested an extra blanket and towel but were informed that there would be an additional charge. Another thing to note is the 1M security deposit, which was not clearly stated beforehand, so this would be better communicated to guests in advance. Overall, we really loved the chill atmosphere and private pool, which made the stay enjoyable. With some improvements to the facilities, maintenance and communication, this could be an even better stay."
