Always a pleasure and relaxing that feels like home away from home whenever we stay at Propiedad Residences. You’ll never feel unsafe with their peaceful, quiet and serene environment. The atmosphere of the room is such a sanctuary for sound sleep that you’ll never hear the hustle and bustle of the city. You’ll get up refreshed, rejuvenated and energized to start a new day. It’s been our third time here and we will surely book again in the future. Kudos to the staff of Propiedad Residences for their professionalism with a heart.

Ik heb dit geboekt omdat ik een plek nodig had om even uit te rusten na mijn late avondvlucht. De locatie was goed, met een Koreaans restaurant (Songtan), Burger King en op korte loopafstand van SM Mall. Hoewel ik veel eerder dan de inchecktijd aankwam, kon ik direct inchecken. De betaalde luchthavenshuttleservice was ook erg goed. Ik overweeg zeker om hier bij mijn volgende reis weer te verblijven.

The room is comfy, clean and nice. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel is also accessible to nearest malls and churches. Will recommend to others about the place. Thank you :).

The location was nice, it is nearby to the closest LRT station, you just have to walk for a little. If it is not such a hassle, choose this hostel. When we first came in, the room smelled nice. Even though there is only one fan in the room, the room is still comfortable to stay in, it is not hot. Also, if you’ll be staying for a night this is the perfect place to stay in because they only provide beds for you to sleep in, but if you’d like to have more stuff that you can actually use while you’re at your stay, that has more amenities, this is not for you. Lastly, I actually commend the shared bathroom. It is clean and has a bidet and also a toiletry that you can use. All in all, our stay is good. This is also our first time to check-in, so, not bad for the first time. Also, it is a budget-friendly place to stay in. Keep it up!

I stayed at Stone House Manila for a one-day transit before heading back to my country, and overall it served its purpose well. The location is very convenient, especially for a short stay. It’s close to key spots like , , and Robinsons Place Manila, making it easy to grab food, do a bit of last-minute shopping, or just take a quick walk to relax before the flight. The room itself was simple and basic. It’s not luxurious, but it was clean enough for a short rest. The air-conditioning worked fine, and the bed was comfortable enough for a quick overnight stay., for a short transit stay, it’s a good budget option — convenient, affordable, and practical. I would consider staying again if I just need a quick place to rest before a flight.

We recently stayed at Skyport Hotel near NAIA. The location is convenient, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. However, there were a few things that disappointed us during our stay. They did not provide slippers, which would have been helpful and more comfortable for guests. The air conditioning was also very cold, and it was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Another concern was the cleanliness. The towel was simply hanging at the back of the bathroom door, which made me feel unsure if it was properly cleaned or freshly prepared. It would be better if towels were sealed or neatly arranged to assure guests of hygiene. Overall, the location is good, but there is definitely room for improvement in comfort and cleanliness.

The budget hotel we've ever stayed, don't expect too much when it comes to cleanliness and amenities. Medyo matagal din ang service if you booked advance, aantayin pa nila sa system nila. But okay for its price per night naman depending sa room type.

Love this place if you are seeking calm, silent surroundings. However, sad to say they don't have an elevator, so you have to use the stairs—and we were on the 4th floor! A bit tiring climbing up, if you have heavy luggage u can ask for assistance from them, but otherwise very nice. The room we have sleepers, TV in chinese 🤔😂, complete toiletries, a clothe rack, no ref, with a cozy sofa. Also near to MOA & airports.

The hotel is located in prime location easy accessible to Restuarant’s, cafe’s and metro stations etc. Hotel maintain neat and clean with warm welcoming staff. As per the room rate, its quite satisfied stayed 13 days without any problem. Only thing is bathroom little congested for normal type of body big size can’t fit well. Requested room service and they arranged timely.

I was a good location and clean and the staff is nice and accommodating 😊
