The hotel has been there for a longer time and it has a low quality hotel so it just good enough for 1 night stay, close to the airport, port and bus terminal, staff are very accommodating and polite helpful if you need anything. The guard the muddle age one is seen grampy,

Verblijft in dit hotel voor minder dan een week maar ik kan zeggen dat we comfortabel zijn. Begrotingsvriendelijk, met gratis ontbijt. Ik weet niet zeker of we de enige gasten zijn omdat de meeste kamers in onze hal onder renovatie zijn - blij dat we geen geluid horen. De tweede dag moesten we de kamer veranderen, omdat de airconditioning in de voorgaande kamer na een dag niet meer werkte, maar de overdracht is geen probleem. Het is in het centrum van Tabaco. Verschillende snelle voedselketens, comfortwinkels, vuil markt, tandheelkundige klinieken, malls, wastafelwinkel, gasstation zijn slechts een paar wandelingen verwijderd. Onder het hotel is een winkel. U moet de leveringsdaal binnenkomen omdat de ingang van het hotel is aan de achterkant van de winkel. Parkeerplaats is voor het hotel. Er is een bewaker 24/7 dus het is veilig. Het is nog steeds een rustige locatie in het hart van de stad. Als uw prioriteit is begroting, toegankelijkheid van de locatie en een comfortabele verblijfplaats, kan dit werken voor u.

This is an actual homestay hotel, which is located in a residential area, however, there is everything you need around, there are shops, there are some places to eat. The staff is very friendly and the view from the roof is amazing. Everything is clean.

Maganda yung hotel, sobrang linis, airconditoned at may free na complimentary massage pa. Mababait din lahat ng staff, kada madaanan mo sila babatiin ka nila. May cafe din sila sa baba hanggang 10pm open, masarap ung mga pagkain mapa rice meal o pasta at sobrang affordable ng mga prices. Kapag bumalik ako ng bicol, sa apihap pa rin kami magbobook. This place is very near in terminal and city which we need the most. You can easily navigate nearby malls and churches you wanted to visit. The place is clean and staffs are welcoming. You can relax and spend night better since the place is quiet. We can recommend this place to my friends who wanted a place to stay wherein city is just a minute walk away.

Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet. Located in Old Albay so very near fast foods, grocery, etc. They also catered to my request of a room with window :) Complete amenities so far although there is no elevator so not recommended for those with physical disabilities or seniors with gait problems. Breakfast choices are just okay. Limited only.

Our flight was early in the morning, so we arrived at the Inn at 8 am. 1. We opted for early check in (Php100/hour) 2. But since the room type that we booked was not available, we paid for the room difference so we could rest (upgraded from double room to family room). Cons: 1. The upgraded room had no bottled waters. In the evening of our second day, I saw one of the staff distributing bottled waters to a room with newly arrived guests. When I asked where are our bottled waters, the staff said we are supposed to received upon first night check in. I told the staff that we didn’t receive, the staff didn’t provide for our room, and just said that we can get from the water dispenser downstairs. 2. The blanket was so thin, it was as thin as the sheets NOT suitable for an airconditioned room. 3. A glass of hot water (for coffee/hot drinks/noodles purposes) costs Php5. 4. The hallway was not clean, dusty and with fallen leaves/flowers from the potted plants. 5. The shower hose leaks, we’ve been to two different rooms— but it was the same case both shower hoses were leaking so the water pressure was slow. 6. The bathroom water drains very slowly. In the two different rooms we’ve been to, it is the same case. We were assigned to two different rooms on the second level. 7. The compound has signages that it is a no-smoking zone— but it is not true. They allow guests to smoke inside. (See picture) 8. Not enough parking spaces inside. So our car was parker outside and in the adjacent lot. Pros: 1. Clean sheets, pillow cases/ covers. Excellent white and smells clean. We also see how they diligently iron all their sheets. 2. Spacious family room. The double room was just right. It’s a bit tight for a family (with a kid) especially if you have luggages.

I super loved the room as well as the hospitality of the staffs. It was so clean and the room smells good. I will surely come back.

The place is nice. Easy to find. No hidden charges. The staff don't know how to say no. 🫡 They will cater to your needs. The pool is cold. I hope they will make it warm especially at night. Some features might need maintenance. Like the CRs. Overall, it was a really good place to stay before we went to the hot springs nearby.

Very convenient to stay here because of their location. I hope they will have complimentary water next time or even complimentary breakfast.
