The hotel is located just 1 minute from Departure hall in Juanda Airport T1. Best choice for early departire or late arrival with transit at night. Good Breakfast! Although Airport is closed at night there are several 24-hours cafe outside the main hall of airport.

Het hotel ligt strategisch aan een grote weg. Er zijn veel eettentjes dus aan eten geen probleem. De kamer is redelijk groot, schoon en vrij compleet. Er is geen kast maar wel om jassen op te hangen. Het ontbijt is gratis maar wel erg mager, alleen nasi goreng en kroepoek. Er is geen hanger voor toiletpapier. De service is goed en de receptioniste is vriendelijk en flexibel, zij gaf mij al een checkin om kwart voor 12 ‘s middags. De checkout is vrij strik voor 12 uur ‘s middags.

De kamer is ok, comfortabel en schoon. maar de service zoals strijkijzer is niet aanwezig, vraag het personeel gewoon om de kleding te strijken, maar je moet ervoor betalen.. voor mij is het niet de moeite waard omdat de kleding niet gestreken is, zo slecht.. het ontbijt is zoals hier, voedselrantsoenen Bessen zijn vastgesteld.

Выбрал этот отель по принципу - рядом с аэропортом и недорогая цена. До аэропорта 10-15 минут на мопеде или машине. Необходима была встреча с гидом на экскурсию на вулкан Бромо именно в аэропорту. В номере кондиционер и мягкая кровать, имеется свой санузел с душем. Обеспечили кусочком мыла, но забыли про полотенце. Внутри всë не новое, кроме кровати. Сама же кровать с момента покупки до сих пор в заводском полиэтилене. Имеется телевизор на стене. Есть окно, но не на улицу, а в коридор. В целом, я не прихотлив - меня всë устроило. Рядом куча простеньких варунгов - есть где поесть. Есть возможность оставить багаж.

JJasmine1992Trip.com doesn't have Reviw for ”check-in experience”, but if it does, it is zero star.
This hotel needs to train a young receptionist. I already informed the hotel that I would check in late around 11pm and the young boy didn't know how to checkin and made me wait until other staff came.
When a guest is tired, we do not like to wait for a simple checkin process.
I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel nearby the Surabaya airport.
As you can see from the photo, they don't bother to fix the curtain.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming, recommending many local delicacies. The price of the Mount Bromo tour we booked at the front desk was significantly cheaper than with other travel agencies, and the service was reliable and smooth.
The hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for everything. Most restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping districts are within walking distance. The local night market is right outside, bustling with activity at night, making it easy to find food and drinks, without having to worry about getting around or finding food.
The rooms were clean and meticulously maintained, with beds changed after each guest. They also provided towels, a locker, and a lock, ensuring a secure stay. The shared bathrooms were also clean, with shampoo and shower gel provided, and hairdryers available for free at the front desk. The attention to detail was truly thoughtful. A simple breakfast of bread, bananas, and hot tea/coffee was provided in the morning, perfect for replenishing energy.
Overall, this is a great value hostel with a prime location, attentive service, and a friendly atmosphere, perfect for backpackers and travelers who enjoy immersing themselves in local life.

For such an affordable price, I felt like I received 5-star service. Breakfast was included and quite satisfying, and the welcome drink was really refreshing after a long trip.
I dropped my luggage before check-in, and it was super convenient, I even got early check-in, which allowed me to explore the city right away and save both time and money. After check-out, I also left my luggage at the hotel and enjoyed a nearby café before my departure. So helpful!
The facilities were excellent: power outlets conveniently placed for charging, fresh towels and linens replaced daily, complimentary bottled water, and reliable hot water for showers. There’s also a dispenser for hot and cold water refills.
The view from my room was a bonus, I could see Tunjungan Plaza right from the window. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Surabaya.
Absolutely loved my stay at Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya. Definitely staying here again!

GGuest UserSince I was staying at the hotel for the Bromo Volcano tour, I didn't have high expectations, but the cleanliness of the facilities and the breakfast were surprisingly good.
The volcano tour I was connected to went smoothly. I didn't want to do a tour that included a meal, but I was able to return to the hotel quickly, returning around 9-10 AM.
However, construction was underway on the second floor during my stay, and I was a little disappointed that they didn't notify me in advance. I was trying to sleep after the volcano tour, but the noise from the construction made it difficult to rest.
It would have been better if they had informed me in advance and asked for my understanding.
I stayed here for two nights for the Bromo volcano tour. I didn't expect much—but the room cleanliness and breakfast were actually much better than I expected.
The tour was arranged through the hotel very smoothly, and I liked that it didn't include unnecessary meal stops. We returned to the hotel around 9–10 AM, which was perfect for resting. However, during my stay there was construction work on the second floor, and I wasn’t informed about it beforehand. After coming back from the tour, it was quite noisy and hard to rest.
It would’ve been much better if they had notified guests in advance and apologized for the inconvenience.

DDiah Ayu Intan SariOverall during my 2 night stay, the best thing was their hospitable, kind and friendly staffs. All of them was very nice even simply lending us a food utensils. The room is quite 🤏small but tidy and clean. There is no any amenities at all like body soap or even toothpaste on their bathroom. Even a towel is not there. Just very sad about that. What is make it even worse is my room is on the first floor just under the stair where i found its quite destructive of noises from the guests or people that go up and down during my stay. I got ******* from the noises behind the wall from the outside corner during my first night which make me couldn't sleep well. Lastly, there is no fan to circulate air in the bathroom at all so we need to open the door to make sure there is air from the AC enter the bathroom. It is kinda weird i think.

The moment we reach the hotel and straightaway saw the mountain & surroundings, we were just stunned & felt amazing with the scenery of this hotel. The room is a humble small villa and it's quite clean & provide TV, wifi, water heater, cups & a table and chairs with a rubbish bin outside the room. They provide soap, small shampoo & toothbrush with paste.
We could not stop taking pictures of Mount Bromo the moment we step out of the hotel. Price is surprisingly affordable.
Thank you so much Cemara Indah hotel! We will surely come back again!!
