Diocletian's Palace
戴克里先宫在斯普利特老城中心，与其说是个宫殿不如说是个老城区。两千年的石墙已经融进了咖啡馆和居民楼，钟楼是后来加的，爬上去能看整片红屋顶和亚得里亚海。地窖里现在摆着纪念品摊，空气里混着石头和橄榄油的味道。南面水门外的游艇桅杆和古罗马廊柱隔着几米距离，感觉时间在这里堆叠在一起。平时人不少，但傍晚游客散后安静下来，能听见自己走过石板路的脚步声。

沿着圣弗兰西斯修道院建筑外的马路继续往西走，看到路边有马里安森林公园的指路牌，一路上山就可以了。一路上的游客很少，沿途的很多民居都可以住宿，估计到了夏季应该就是热闹非常了。虽说是在爬山，但由于是缓步上行的，几乎感觉不到压力，不一会儿就到了半山腰的咖啡厅。可以在山边的观景台眺望斯普利特城市风光，但松树的高度明显已经挡住了部分的视线。【景色】

斯普利特（Split），朱庇特神庙（Temple of Jupiter），门口的黑色大理石的埃及狮身人面石像已经有3500年的历史了，可惜已经被“斩首”了。相比之下，大教堂钟楼右侧的狮身人面石像保存完整。
