GGastgebruiker: Hotel was in a good location, 2 mins walk away from the main shopping promenade. Service was great from reception, housekeeping and breakfast crew. Only thing is the rooms are a bit dated, and could probably do with a refresh.

GGastgebruiker: I visited kings house with a friend during the Manx Grand Prix and couldn’t have been happier with our hotel stay. The family that own the hotel are so friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived (which was around midnight due to us getting the late ferry over from Liverpool). The location of the hotel is great and it’s conveniently located next to a great pub. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending here to everyone. Thanks for a wonderful stay

All the carpets are threadbare very unclean the hotel is very outdated upon booking a asked both rooms to be near lift one not to bad the other was nearly at the other end only do rooms service every 3 days pretty bad for a 4 star will never stay again

RRandoush B: The location was great. Easy to walk to the horse tram and electric railway. Bus service. Next to the sea. The hotel rooms are sea view. The breakfast is complimentary by the hotel . Some shops around. City centre is not far as well, you can walk or take a bus only 4 stops away.
