Good for walking .... and scones!
We'd had the necessary coffee and scone at yhe cafe here and walked to the stepping stones and back. After a sandwich and a cuppa we did some exploring around the park. It has several paths to enjoy.

Stunning
A new year's day outing that was simply stunning. Who would have thought you can picnic on January 1st. Amazing walk, highly recommend!

Hidden Gem, Perfect Festive Walk for Kids
Beautiful hidden gem, with lots of Christmas decorations and games. Tearoom was lovely, enjoyed the veggie pasties and the view from the window was great.

Well placed for walking
This is a good setting off point for a Dove Valley walk and, as it's National Trust, the car park is free to members and there's the obligatory cafe too.
