Monument in memory of the victims of the disease of XIX.
Neo-Gothic style monument built in the mid-nineteenth century in memory of the victims of the disease of that same century. It is located on the hill above Sheffield train station.

A friend and I used to regularly climb up to the monument from the station. It was lovely to walk through Clay Woods & see/hear the squirrels and birds then rest and talk for a while on the bench dire...
