RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF (SECURITY AND BOX OFFICE!)

Update! I received a phone call from The Fillmore today and after I answered the phone.. THEY HUNG UP! I tried calling the number back and noticed that they BLOCKED MY NUNBER!!!!! I tried calling on a different phone and was able to finally get through. The general manager answered and completely dismissed me. She actually told me that they had an "electric issue" and the call was an "accident"! When I asked her why I can't get through when I tried to call, she denied blocking my number but wouldn't explain why my calls can't get through. When I asked her who I can speak with to resolve my issue, she told me that "they don't have to help me if they don't want". She proceeded to tell me that there is nothing they can do and hung up on me and also blocked the number that I had to call from due to her blocking my actual number. This has been going on for almost two months now! Even though they are completely unprofessional and childish, I will continue to try and reach a higher up. I am completely disgusted at this point. I've never experienced service like this nor been treated this horribly.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I had the absolute worst experience at the Fillmore! My mom and I was treated horribly by the staff! They allow people to get overly drunk to the point they are passing out on top of people. And then security and medics are extremely rude and inconsiderate, bum rushing people who paid their money just like everyone else to enjoy an event. I will never recommend them to ANYONE! Do not go here and expect to enjoy yourself. Expect to get pushed, yelled at, and flashlights in your face. Just because you have a title does not mean you get a free pass to treat people nasty!
