Light House View

This was a little hidden gem to find this light house located just down the street from My Friendly Inn where we stayed.

Easy access, no hiking

Small still operational lighthouse. located in Manitowaning. Great pic opportunities. Roadside parking right at the base of the lighthouse.

Red & white

Beautiful lighthouse, but little-to-no view from it, all blocked by trees. Stopped for a few photos, but that was it. Wish there was a little more. Still fun to stop and see though.

It's there and it's cute

Small lighthouse with a plaque. It's pretty basic. Parking is free, it's easy to find. No entry, close to 'downtown' Manitowaning. Cute town to get out of the car and stretch your legs in, and this...

Nothing special

The lighthouse is along the road, looks like many in the area. I suppose what makes it special is that it is still a functioning lighthouse. We took a photo and moved on.
