Small area surrounded by buildings
The park was very lively on a Sunday morning when we visited. There was music, food trucks and stalls. It’s a small oasis among the shops and (mainly) Government offices around it. Worth a look.

Nice park ..but
A confederate monument, sculptures, mosaic walls, fountains and countless homeless. We did not feel overly comfortable in this area but wanted to see the walk through head in the park.

No place to park
We enjoy walks through historic venues but could not find a place to park that didn’t require a pass. The neighborhood surrounding the area is filled with beautiful, colorful art and the park itself ...

the kids liked the giant chess and walking around the water fountain. there's live music, a food truck cafe and seating area.
