Very large , maybe the largest Cathedral in Romania is one of the main attractions in Iasi. The Cathedral is hosting the relic of Saint Paraschieva , very famous in ortodoxe Church.

Этот Соборный храм первый раз был построен в 1833 - 1839гг на месте двух церквей более раннего года постройки, но в 1857г центральный свод рухнул. Второй раз собор отстроили в 1880 - 1887гг.
