    Was fairly popular as really hot on day we went. Nice breeze but plenty of space too. Could do with a bit more maintenance as fairly dirty, lots of sweet wrappers and crisp packets around which spoils...

    No dogs allowed during summer months

    Took a detour here to have lunch and go for a walk but there are signs everywhere saying no dogs. Think it is just for summer months but helps to know this in advance. Otherwise seems like an ok beach...

    If you have a car, take advantage of the free parking, walk through the lovely park and end up at the beach. As beaches go it’s nothing special but the walk to and from it makes it worth the visit. ...
