It’s ok for a war monument

At least it’s not glorifying the losers of the Civil War. In the middle of the street seems inappropriate and a real traffic hazard.

I'd agree with others - not a lot of parking here and it’s a bit hard to find. If you're in Davenport, this is a nice quick stop, but I would not go out of my way to see it.

A tribute to Scot County Civil War Soldiers

This monument is a tribute to the Men who served the Union Cause during the Civil War. It is well done, and stands in the middle of Main Street across from Central High School.
