Fast and friendly and amazing

This was my first time on the Eurotunnel departing from Folkstone to Calais France and back. For the train to France they had a nice duty free shopping mall to eat , shop and rest before your train. ...

Awful from start to finish.

Once again delays and more delays, costs a small fortune and sells itself as a fast way to cross the channel. I've yet to get a train on time and the staff don't help either. All in all a very frustra...

Long delays for passport control

2 hours 10 mins queuing to get through the car park to French and then English passport control. 30 minutes we did not move more than 10m! It has unbelievably got worse than this time last year.
