Not kid friendly

Took my kids to go swimming and there was no sand bar for children to play on safely. Definitely won't be going back and won't be referring people there.

Small and peaceful campground

We spent a great night here and were the only ones in the park! Nice spots for both tents and trailers. Clean latrines with automatic lights. Water faucets located throughout campground.

Only 1 Mile, but pretty

I wish the trail was longer, but it's only 1 mile. The park area is a real oasis though, and many beautiful birds are active there.

Camping

Small and peaceful! No hookups and $15 a night to camp with restrooms no showers. Lots of picnic areas but no playground toys. Boat launch nearby. Hiking trail is a mile long with great views. Be care...
