Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.

The best Go Hotel in the Philippines. As usual, it is beside a Robinson’s mall. It has direct access to it at the 2/F. The rooms are modern, clean and good! It’s my second time here and will keep coming back. The toilet and bath is separate and there’s a bidet. The bed is a king size, could easily fit three adults (yeah, it’s that big!).

Thank you for the warm and accommodating hospitality during Dr. Jonathan's stay. Hotel is Good. Clean, very responsive to my needs, its just that what I booked on the hotel rooms is not air-conditioned and its my fault that I haven't read it saying that it wasnt air-conditioned. No breakfast available so it was just fair. Thanks a lot, God bless!

Had a great stay. Staff were courteous & accommodating. Location is perfect with nearby malls & restaurants. Definitely not our last time booking. ☺️😊

Uitstekend hotel. Behalve voor het ontbijt. Ik heb in mijn leven nog nooit zo slecht gegeten. Bij het inchecken vroeg ik om een kamer met uitzicht op Mayon, ze gaven het zonder problemen, hoewel het hotel volzat. Er waren vakanties en er waren veel Filippino's op vakantie. De kamer is schoon en netjes, het bed is comfortabel. Een beetje lawaaierig vanaf de straat. Een vuile beek bederft het uitzicht vanuit het raam een beetje, maar dit zijn allemaal kleinigheden. Een ander minpuntje is de buitengewoon vreemde locatie van de stopcontacten in de kamer.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Had a great stay for 2 nights. The location is accessible to shopping mall and have a lot of parking lot so much convenient for us. The room is clean, the staff are helpful and the place is secured

The moment I arrived at the Hotel, wow! The ambiance and amenities are cool, classy and worth every penny. I exceeded my expectation. The room is great and clean. The staffs are friendly and accomodatinh. Overall, I would likely recommend this hotel. Will surely book again if I will visit Bicol for business travel and even personal tour. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
