Симпатичный отель в городе Сухум. Достаточно удобное расположение (рядом с набережной и центральным рынком, откуда можно добраться на общественном транспорте до аэропорта). Номера чистые и тихие, каждый день меняют полотенца и банные принадлежности). Персонал приятный и отзывчивый. Рекомендую!

Только приехала из отеля, очень хорошенький отельчик, прекрасные завтраки, все вкусное и свежее, уборка номера отлично, закрытая территория, до пляжа пешком 5 мин, через дорогу, рядом можно покушать в кафе. Приветливый и вежливый персонал, чистейшая вода в бассейне, ухоженная территория. Единственный минус это расположение, не все таксисты понимают куда ехать, и делают уливленные глаза 🤣😳, и меня в самом отеле напрягло , что во время жары некуда спрятаться у бассейна, видимо были зонты , но от них остались только основания, один одинешенек стоит зонтик, хотя солнце прямо жарит, и народу много, также лежаки без матрасов , не айс конечно, жестко!!! Непонятно почему администрация не обращает на это внимание, отдых должен быть с комфортом , даже если это и троечка(((. А так понравилось все!!!🌺

Good afternoon. We stayed at this hotel from May 22 to May 24. It's a good hotel, excellent value for money. Nice, well-maintained grounds, clean pool. The rooms are simple but clean, and it's clear they clean them after each guest, not just superficially. Breakfasts and dinners were fine; for the price of the room, you certainly won't get lobster. The only downside was the added spices, salt, and sugar. As someone who doesn't eat sugar, it was too sweet for me. On my last day, it was my birthday, and the hotel gave me a bottle of sparkling wine as a birthday gift. A special thank you for that!))) I wish you prosperity and good, kind, and responsive guests.

Excellent clean and new apartments with a large corner balcony with beautiful view. We liked it very much.

Everything was wonderful

The hotel was pleasantly surprised by interior, cleanliness, comfort. Excellent staff, social and ready to help in everything. The room was standard, everything needed is: teapot, water, coats (snow and very soft), slippers, toiletries. I was pleased with the couler with water on the floor. There is a spa zone, the truth on the massage could not go, there was no record on this day, we booked a room in the hotel for only one day. So if you want to get on the massage, it is better to register in advance. Personnel is pleasant and social, ready to help in everything. Breakfasts are just wonderful, peel, eggs, sausages, vegetables, cutting of different cheeses and sausages, etc. Specially delicious cashes are pleased, not all hotels will see. The room we had on the first floor, the view to the yard, nothing interesting, but the view from the 5th floor from the spa zone to the beautiful mountains and the sea. Thank you very much for the great team of the hotel for our wonderful holiday. We stayed satisfied with the hotel and advise 💯🤗👌
