Симпатичный отель в городе Сухум. Достаточно удобное расположение (рядом с набережной и центральным рынком, откуда можно добраться на общественном транспорте до аэропорта). Номера чистые и тихие, каждый день меняют полотенца и банные принадлежности). Персонал приятный и отзывчивый. Рекомендую!

Тихий спокойный отель . Номер был с выходом в бассейн. На территории бассейна звучит красивая музыка . Единственный минус - очень скудное питание . Мы питались в ресторанах города .

Zeer verrast het hotel met zijn schone! Gezellige en schone kamer, charmante ontbijt, alles wat je wilt. Ik wil om te vieren over het personeel, zeer responsief. Dit hotel is aangenaam. Er is een verwarmd zwembad dat je zelden ontmoet in Abchazië. We komen zeker terug.

Отель приятно удивил интерьером, чистотой, уютом. Отличный персонал, общительный и готов во всем помочь. Номер был стандарт, всё необходимое есть: чайник, вода, халаты (белоснежные и очень мягкие), тапочки, туалетные принадлежности. Порадовал кулер с водой на этаже. Есть спа зона, правда на массаж не смогли сходить, не было записи на этот день, мы бронировали номер в отеле только на одни сутки. Поэтому, если хотите попасть на массаж, лучше записаться заранее. Персонал приятный и общительный, во всём готов помочь. Завтраки прям замечательные, пельмени, яйца, колбаски, овощи, нарезка разных сыров и колбас и др. Особенно вкусные каши порадовали, не во всех отелях увидишь. Номер у нас был на первом этаже, вид во двор, ничего интересного, а вот вид с 5 этажа со спа зоны на прекрасные горы и море. Спасибо большое замечательному коллективу отеля за наш прекрасный отдых. Мы остались довольны отелем и советуем 💯🤗👌

Очень довольны выбором этого отеля. Местоположение удобное: 15 мин пешком до главной центральной набережной города Сухум.
Отель красивый, номера чистые, красивые. Все в номерах предусмотрено для комфортного отдыха. Есть все, кроме тапочек, имейте ввиду, если едете на отдых, с собой берите или купите.
Обязательно берите завтраки! Отличные завтраки: очень все было вкусно, красивая сервировка, отменная подача!
Продумано все до мелочей в этом отеле. Хозяева доброжелательные, с любовью и заботой относятся к своему дому, персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный. Впечатления просто великолепные!
Автомобиль на стоянке внутри территории отеля, внутри ограждения, стоял под присмотром.
Рекомендуем гостям, очень достойный отдых в данном отеле! И сами ещё обязательно остановимся там, если соберёмся в Сухум!
Мы очень довольны отдыхом! Спасибо вам, работникам и собственникам отеля!

We stayed at this hotel from May 22 to May 24. It's a good hotel, excellent value for money.
Nice, well-maintained grounds, clean pool. The rooms are simple but clean, and it's clear they clean them after each guest, not just superficially.
Breakfasts and dinners were fine; for the price of the room, you certainly won't get lobster. The only downside was the added spices, salt, and sugar. As someone who doesn't eat sugar, it was too sweet for me.
On my last day, it was my birthday, and the hotel gave me a bottle of sparkling wine as a birthday gift. A special thank you for that!)))

ААнастасияWe rested here while there were not many people in May, it was good, delicious breakfast, large pool and spa. Clean, comfortable - a rarity for Abkhazia!
The spa did not have a bathhouse, only a hammam
The downside is that it’s a bit far from the center - you can only travel by taxi. And you can hear from the corridor, in the evening you can hear every guest who goes up the stairs (

GGuest UserVery surprised the hotel with its clean! Cosy and clean room, charming breakfast, everything you want. I want to celebrate about staff, very responsive. This hotel is pleasant. There is a heated swimming pool that you rarely meet in Abkhazia. We will definitely come back.

GGuest UserThe hotel was pleasantly surprised by interior, cleanliness, comfort. Excellent staff, social and ready to help in everything. The room was standard, everything needed is: teapot, water, coats (snow and very soft), slippers, toiletries. I was pleased with the couler with water on the floor. There is a spa zone, the truth on the massage could not go, there was no record on this day, we booked a room in the hotel for only one day. So if you want to get on the massage, it is better to register in advance. Personnel is pleasant and social, ready to help in everything. Breakfasts are just wonderful, peel, eggs, sausages, vegetables, cutting of different cheeses and sausages, etc. Specially delicious cashes are pleased, not all hotels will see. The room we had on the first floor, the view to the yard, nothing interesting, but the view from the 5th floor from the spa zone to the beautiful mountains and the sea. Thank you very much for the great team of the hotel for our wonderful holiday. We stayed satisfied with the hotel and advise 💯🤗👌
