Beautiful hotel. Very nice and clean. The air conditioning was weak, didn't keep the room cold. The room was big and comfortable beds. The gym facility was too small and limited, they put it at the front of the hotel near the bathroom and lobby, so it is embarrassing to use it and people watch you.... But overall, it is a very nice hotel because it is clean.

Very good hotel in Manzhouli. Excellent location, reasonable price and very clean. The staff at the hotel are also very polite and helpful. The lady at the reception was also very nice and gave out information as needed. Highly recommend.

This is a new and modern, business-oriented hotel in the center of the city. There are shopping centers and local restaurants within walking distance. Easy to arrange tours into the grassland. Well-maintained rooms and spacious. Sheets are clean and rooms are equipped with modern amenities. Try talking to the AI control in the room( Chinese) it was interesting and does a few actions with voice control

The hotel's location is good and easy to reach attractions and malls. The receptionist was nice. However the chef mistakenly thought i had already eaten breakfast and get angry and shouted at me. He was rude. I was also bitten by small animals.

超乎想象的好，就在中蘇金街上，離滿洲里火車站也超近。我晚上10點到火車站，步行過去10分鐘不到。出行方便，吃飯方便，可以坐公交車去國門，套娃景區都沒問題。 房間隔音非常棒，是我住過在過道鋪地毯隔音最好的酒店！性價比高，房間衞生也很乾凈。唯一小小的遺憾是衞生間沒有做乾濕分離。

這家店我住完了，我想不出來有什麼記憶點，説明他其實挺普通的，住完也記不住到底有什麼印象深的。很中規中矩的一家店。 廁所沒有乾濕分離，房間有個陽台但挺臟的，你不會想出去的那種。 停車的話停路邊，門口好像有個廣場，我看到有車在停，旺季停車位不足的時候，建議可以問問。 附近離那個購物中心到比較近，就是那個比較出名的步行街，除此之外就沒有什麼了。

The breakfast was of good quality with a wide variety of options, which was a highlight of the stay. The lobby and common areas were cozy and welcoming. However, the check-in process took longer than expected. Additionally, when extending the stay, a misunderstanding by the staff resulted in the reservation being canceled twice, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. In general, the hotel offers good comfort, cleanliness, and quality food, but the front desk and reservation management could be improved.

Провели в отеле 3 ночи с 11 по 14 декабря 2025 года на 17 этаже номер 1719. 1. Что понравилось: удобный матрас, хорошее и чистое постельное бельё, лёгкое одеяло, удобные подушки, есть дополнительные подушки с гречкой в шкафу. Отличный напор воды, наличие чистых полотенец, есть горячая и холодная вода, в номере тепло, есть телевизор, на русском языке 1 канал, маленький холодильник, чайник и 2 кружки, чай положили 1 раз. Заселились сразу по приезду, ранее указанного времени без проблем, депозит не брали, НО забрали паспорта. При отеле есть замечательная баня, 1 посещение которой входит в проживание. В ней можно купить услуги банщицы,, которая сделает массаж и отлично соскоблит эпидермис. В бане есть зона релаксации с разными комнатами: солевой, нифритовой, массажные кресла, зоной СПА. 2. Что не понравилось: убираются плохо, в номере ковровое покрытие и его не пылесосят, под кроватью гора мусора, мусор выносят по звонку, воду не пополняют, в нашем номере вода из душевой кабинки подтекала к унитаз у и там стояла, так как уходить ей было некуда, в туалет мы ходили только в резиновых тапках. В плательном шкафу на верхней полке большой слой пыли. Телефон не работал, просить вынести мусор приходилось по телефону в коридоре, он был удалён от номера. Это ужасно!!! По звонку воду собрали, но там нужен ремонт. Зачем предлагать такой номер с проблемой за предоплату, если можно купить на месте дешевле, за 100 юаней на месте!!! Общее впечатление от отеля удовлетворительное, но владельцу отеля и менеджерам Трипкоме нужно сделать выводы!!! Зачем продавать номер с неиспраностями?!
