I stayed here for three nights and it was all right. It seems you cannot expect the same standards in Samoa or most of the South Pacific so if you compared this to Sheratons in other parts of the world it's definitely lacking. The room is generally fine but there are small things like the curtains that need renovation. The balcony overlooking the water was great and the staff is very nice. The location is good and central but be careful with dogs. This isn't the hotel's fault but if you try to walk around there are dogs not locked up by their owners and some of them are vicious. I got bite walking to Vaiala Beach. The Samoa govt needs to do something abt dog owners letting their dogs wander outside their properties. When I told the hotel guys I got bite they acted like this happens all the time.

It’s a average place,restaurants was okay,looks like it’s still trying to find its place,except more from this place as its been open for just about 12mouths now,hard to get food apart from the restaurant there,that’s very big but empty 🧐 needs a lot more hospitality experience in staffing, its cheap but can do a lot better

My stay at Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical plants that make you feel completely connected to nature. Everywhere I looked, there was greenery, colorful flowers, and the calming sound of the ocean , it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Every Wednesday night they host a Fiafia Night. The resort also offers some great tours, including an Apia Town tour, a Savaii island tour, and a South East Coast tour. We went on the South East Coast tour and got to see the To Sua Ocean Trench. Overall, Sinalei Resort & Spa is the perfect getaway for us looking for beauty, tranquility, and authentic Samoan hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!

Coconuts Beach Club Resort & Spa ligt in Maninoa bij de zee, op een kwartiertje rijden van Papapapaitai Falls en Togitogiga Waterfall. Dit resort bij het strand ligt op 15,4 km van Baha'i House of Worship en op 21,5 km van Salamumu Beach. Ontspan met massages, lichaamsbehandelingen en gezichtsbehandelingen wanneer je de volledig uitgeruste spa bezoekt. Andere kenmerken van dit resort zijn wifi (toeslag), cadeauwinkels/kiosken en huwelijksservices. Stil je honger bij Mika's Restaurant, een bar/lounge aan het strand met uitzicht op de zee. Geniet van een drankje in de zwembadbar en neem een frisse duik in het zwembad van dit resort. Doe of je thuis bent in één van de 23 klimaatgeregelde kamers met een minibar. Er is wifi (toeslag) op de kamer als je op het internet wilt surfen. De privébadkamers met een douche hebben gratis toiletartikelen en haardrogers. Bij de voorzieningen horen een kluis en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en de kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt.

Met een verblijf bij Moanalei Villas in Apia bevind je je op 5 min. rijden van China Aid Arts and Culture Centre en Falemataaga – The Museum of Samoa. Dit pension ligt op 2 km van Fugalei Fresh Produce Market en op 2,2 km van Samoa Cultural Village. De accommodatie heeft een tuin waar je van het uitzicht kunt genieten, maar profiteer ook van gratis wifi en conciërgeservices. Gasten van Moanalei Villas kunnen genieten van een deugddoende maaltijd in het restaurant. Enkele van de voorzieningen zijn een bagageopslagruimte en een wasserij. SSINISAWe recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and, while there were aspects we truly enjoyed, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by significant issues with the reservation and front desk process. Upon our arrival at 15:30 (check-in time is from 15:00), we were surprised to find that our online reservation couldn’t be found in their system—despite us having proof of the booking. We had to wait in the lobby for nearly an hour while the issue was being resolved. What is shown as available online appears to differ significantly from what is actually available on-site, which created ongoing problems throughout our stay. We had initially booked a room with a swimming pool view and private balcony. However, this room type was not available upon check-in. We were first offered a lower-category room with a mountain view, which we declined as we already paid online for higher-category, and were then moved to a room with a harbour view and private balcony. Although staff assured us that our originally booked room would be available the following day, we remained cautious and asked for confirmation, as we preferred to avoid the hassle of moving again unless necessary. Unfortunately, the following day we were asked to check out at 11:00 am because the room we were in had supposedly been booked by another guest, and we were told that a room matching our original booking (with pool view) was ready for us. However, when we returned the same day at 15:00 for check-in, we were assigned the same room we had vacated earlier—clearly indicating no other room had actually become available. On the third day, we faced a similar confusion with the rooms. Each day involved unnecessary packing and discussions with the front desk, which took up a lot of our time and energy. That said, the hotel does have its strengths. We really appreciated its convenient location, the beautifully designed restaurant interior, and especially the food—breakfast, in particular, was excellent. Overall, while the amenities and dining were enjoyable, the front desk and reservation experience significantly impacted our stay. We hope the hotel takes steps to improve its booking coordination and internal communication, as it has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.
