"This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel."

"Het hotelverblijf was uitstekend. De service was uitstekend. Mirshod, bij de receptie, was erg behulpzaam en stond een iets latere uitchecktijd toe zonder extra kosten, wat erg handig was met een klein kind. Ik wil ook de b****rvice even noemen – alles was snel en uitstekend. Ze hebben zelfs de servicekosten voor het lange wachten op het eten van de rekening gehaald, wat ook heel verrassend was. De kamer zelf was tot in de kleinste details doordacht ingericht en ik was erg blij met de gratis strijkfaciliteiten – zoiets heb ik nog nooit eerder gezien."

"The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located, with many of Bukhara’s main attractions within walking distance. Everything is brand new, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I visit Bukhara at least twice a year, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the city so far. The hotel had only been open for about a week during my stay, so I believe some minor issues are simply because the staff are still getting used to the systems and procedures. For example, my reservation showed that the payment had already been made, but at checkout I was told that the payment had not yet appeared in their account. I had to wait for around 5–10 minutes while they checked the situation, but eventually everything was sorted out and I was able to leave without any problem. Considering how new the hotel is, I completely understand these minor issues. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again."

"Ons verblijf in dit hotel was over het algemeen een aangename ervaring. Het hotel zelf heeft een exotische charme, met een ontwerp dat zowel uitnodigend als uniek aanvoelt. Het hotel was onberispelijk schoon en de aandacht voor detail in het onderhoud van het pand was duidelijk zichtbaar. Het ontbijt was een hoogtepunt, met een rijke en gevarieerde selectie van lokale gerechten en traditionele zoetigheden – een perfecte manier om de dag te beginnen en je onder te dompelen in de lokale cultuur. De bediening in het restaurant was warm en attent. Speciale lof gaat naar de jonge ober die ons vriendelijk verwelkomde toen we 's ochtends vroeg, rechtstreeks van het vliegveld, aankwamen. Zijn gastvrijheid zette de toon voor ons verblijf. De spa en het zwembad waren goed onderhouden en boden een ontspannende ontsnapping. Het water in het zwembad was echter kouder dan verwacht, wat de algehele ervaring enigszins negatief beïnvloedde. Wat betreft de kamer, of beter gezegd, de kamers, deze waren consistent schoon en netjes. Helaas ondervonden we een probleem met de airconditioning in de eerste kamer die ons werd toegewezen – de verwarming werkte niet naar behoren. Na drie uur in een onaangenaam koude kamer te hebben doorgebracht, hebben we de receptie op de hoogte gebracht. Het personeel reageerde snel en professioneel en liet ons drie alternatieve kamers zien, terwijl ze zich oprecht verontschuldigden voor het ongemak. Eén kamer was van dezelfde categorie (Classic), terwijl de andere twee Superior kamers waren, die meer ruimte en een beter uitzicht boden. We waardeerden de mogelijkheid om te upgraden en kozen voor een van de Superior kamers. Echter, toen het erop aankwam de nieuwe kamer klaar te maken – met name het verplaatsen van de twee eenpersoonsbedden naar een kingsize bed – leek het schoonmaakpersoneel minder behulpzaam. Hun houding was merkbaar negatief, wat teleurstellend was gezien de verder uitstekende service in het hele hotel. Ondanks dit kleine tegenvallertje hebben we genoten van ons verblijf. Het hotel ligt iets buiten het stadscentrum, maar is gemakkelijk te bereiken met een wandeling van 15-20 minuten of een zeer betaalbare taxirit. Kortom, hoewel er een paar kleine tegenvallers waren, bood het hotel een comfortabel en memorabel verblijf, met een uitstekende service in het restaurant en doordachte voorzieningen. PS: graag de slippers vervangen, want ze zijn goedkoop en oncomfortabel."

The hotel has a cozy recreation area where you can just lie down, relax and drink a cup of aroma tea. And the pool is a separate bonus, especially in the heat! He went to meet us and allowed us to stay at the hotel 3 hours after departure so that we could quietly wait for the train. Free! It is expensive. Huge choice: a variety of east sweets, nuts and dried fruits, galva, pancakes, fresh fruit, cash, yogurt, twelve each will find something on the soul. Especially striking attention: breakfast with a huge selection of eastern sweets, fruits and home baking. The host and his team soulful people showed us what such eastern hospitality is. We all advise this hotel. And we when we left even the coin threw to return."

"It’s a guesthouse and the front desk is friendly and nice. Though they are not fluent in English but they will try to help us a lot. The location is really close to the attraction. You just can walk there. The street a bit narrow with cars will come and by but it is safe to walk."

"There are some low-rated posts, but it was a very good impression hotel without any trouble when I used it for two nights in 2026/10/4-6 and three family members on a trip. Breakfast is also delicious. It is a little far from the old town, but it is a location that is completely fine as a walk after meals because it is about 500 meters. There were many hotels in the old town, but this hotel is quite recommended if you want to spend a quiet night slowly because people gather around 〜 night. I think it is good to use it when coming to Bukhara."

"Мы прибыли в этот отель 4 марта вечером нас встретили в отеле отлично,более того нам подняли уровень комнаты за это отдельное спасибо. В номере все очень чисто и аккуратно нет лишних запахов уровень соответствует цене. Ребята в ресепшене отзывались на все отзывы и помогали во всем. Думаю этот отель один из лучших в городе Бухаре. Советую все путешественникам."

"В номере не было бутылки с питьевой водой, но ее выдали на ресепшн по запросу. Также не были настроены каналы на ТВ. В остальном нормальная гостиница, удобно расположена (несколько минут пешком до Шуховской башни, колхозного рынка и Цитадели Арк). Напротив - небольшой продуктовый магазин с очень милой продавщицей."
