マチュピチュの駅からも歩いてすぐで食事買い物にも便が良い。外の喧騒とは異なりホテルのホールに入った時から落ち着いた感じで安心できる。チェックインもスムーズ、食事の案内なども分かりやすく短時間にしっかりと必要な事を伝えてくれて、慣れた感じの印象で安心できる。部屋も清潔で十分な備品もあり快適。次にマチュピチュに来る時にも必ずこのホテルを予約すると思う。

Der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit.
Obwohl ich erst um 11 Uhr einchecken sollte, wollte ich wegen meines Frühflugs nur meinen Rucksack abstellen. Sie sagte sofort, dass das Zimmer frei sei und ich zu meinem Zimmer gehen könne. Auch bei Touren war er sehr hilfsbereit! Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert.
Großes, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.

四星级水准，点赞。房间宽敞整洁。早饭好吃。Excellent stay with clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, smooth check-in, good breakfast, quiet environment, reliable WiFi, convenient location, great value, would gladly return again in future visits for sure.

Overall a nice stay however we arrived late and there was nobody in the check in area. Took us a long time to check in as we had to wait in the dark

Me gusto mucho el hotel, es muy limpio y tiene una decoración colorida como lo es Cusco, me gusto que hubiera agua disponible para rellenar mi botella ya que en otros hoteles no lo había y generar tanto plástico me genera conflicto además del costo del agua. Después del checkout me dejaron quedarme en las instalaciones y guardaron mi equipaje.

The photos don't do justice to the place! The hotel is fantastic--the location is close enough to the attractions but just outside of the main tourist area since it's up on the hillside, so it's the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. The check-in process was so welcoming, we felt at home as soon as stepping into the hotel's courtyard. The views from the hotel were unbelievable; the breakfast was great; the rooms were very clean and has all the comforts you'd need. And don't miss the llamas in the backyard! The restaurant staff didn't seem very experienced but it was sufficient.

Wanneer je verblijft bij Tierra Viva Valle Sagrado Urubamba in Urubamba bevind je je in de bergen, op een kwartiertje lopen van Centro Cultural Vidawasi en Urubamba Rivier. Dit hotel ligt op 2,8 km van Vlindertuin en op 5,7 km van Cerro Ajojasa.
De accommodatie heeft een terras en een tuin waar je van het uitzicht kunt genieten, maar profiteer ook van conciërgeservices. Andere kenmerken van dit hotel zijn een open haard in de lobby en een picknickplaats.
Gasten van Tierra Viva Valle Sagrado Urubamba kunnen genieten van een deugddoende maaltijd in het restaurant. Bestel je favoriete drankje in een bar/lounge. Dagelijks kun je van 06.00 uur tot 09.00 uur genieten van een gratis uitgebreid ontbijt.

GGuest UserDoesn’t meet Belmond expectations.
1. Food is average, the same we had in a small village, change a chef, not tasty at all.
2. On a breakfast waiters ALWAYS bring fruits and after 5 min asking if I need them. Why on earth I should eat fruits in 5 min? And why do you need it? Quality and variety of breakfast is not nice — all days we had not fresh blueberries. In my home country I have blueberries from Peru and it’s fresher. How it is possible?
3. Welcome is not in Belmond style: no champagne or good chocolate.
4. One day we asked to clean the room before 12, they did, we came and I was sure we are alone in the room. When I was naked I saw a gardener in our private terrace. He also saw me. How it’s possible he entered our terrace when I was in the room????? With no bell and knocking????
5. Alpacas feeding is also trash: all people from hotel come, you will never get nice pictures like on instagram. Why you don’t make it by appointment? We had a lot of experiences with animals in different countries , this one is the worst.
6. Stuff is not well trained, communication is super artificial.
Place is beautiful, but that’s it. Worst Belmond we have been to. Ask Monasterio Belmond about good experience and top notch service.

The internal environment of the hotel is very good, the decoration is very beautiful and very clean.
The room is also clean and tidy, but there is no exhaust fan in the room. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to disperse, especially the closed room without windows.
The service is difficult to say. I booked a superior room with windows and balconies. When I checked in, I said that the room was gone. The room I upgraded was the result of the ”upgraded” room. It was a fully closed room without windows! I don't agree, but the hotel said there was no room. The ”discussion” result was to give me free dinner. I didn't have a choice. I could accept...

HHappyfeet31We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!!! Top notch in service from check-in to check out. Kudos to Enrique who demonstrate an excellent service and Jesus who explain very well about the hotel and room amenities. They are always accommodating when you need help. Best location in Cusco. Will definitely book again this hotel when I come back to Cusco.

SSham LatiffThis is a lovely hotel very near to the train station with lots of restaurants next to it. Its also very conveniently to go to the bus station up to the citadel. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They even helped us get a really good guide for our visit to the incan city. Highly recommended
