Hotels met spa in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan

I had a pleasant stay with my friends for 7 days. The price was so good that we decided to have our own room for each of us. The size is decent, I could wide open my large luggage without any trouble walking around the room. The location is not bad, like 10mins walk from the JR Sendai Station, and quite close to the most popular restaurants in Sendai.

Nice, clean and great location hotel. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station and one stop to Sendai airport. Variety and delicious breakfast.

Wonderful experience at the hotel. Great view from the window (very large one). Great onsen experience, especially, the 4 types of different private onsen rooms. And, of course, the great dinner the hotel offers.

This was my third stay at The Westin Sendai, and I continue to love both the hardware and the service. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the two restaurants are truly excellent — always one of the highlights of my trip. However, during this visit, the lady at the lobby reception was not as helpful as expected. While she remained polite, her attitude felt a bit less sincere compared to my past experiences. That was the only small disappointment in an otherwise wonderful stay.

とても清潔感がありました。大浴場はもちろん、脱衣室が広く、洗面室？には大きな鏡があり、ドライヤーでゆっくり髪を乾かす事が出来ました。

The location is fanastic. It is close to Sendai JR Station, Sendai Morning Market and shopping streets. It is especially important given we have 2 ninety-year-old ladies in our group. Breakfast was great. The dining hall was of Art Deco design. It had a mixture of western and Japanese dishes. The amount was plentiful and quality was good. The onsen was free. There were jacuzzi and old water bath. It is pity that there was no open air bath. We would consider a return if we happen to come back to Sendai.

Ik heb het gebruikt om het te onderzoeken. Het is echt handig, want ongeveer tien minuten van de vergadering. Ik heb geen ontbijt, maar ik ben erg blij. De droogmachine is erg gevoelig. Ik heb veel vragen gesteld, zoals of het hotelpark en de rechterboot kunnen worden geplaatst, maar ze reageerden op een gemakkelijk te begrijpen manier. Ik wil het nog eens gebruiken!

何と言っても特筆すべきは泉質。どんなに温泉がわからない人が入ってもその違いに驚く程のぬるぬる感。混浴露天風呂を含めて3か所それぞれ違います。食事もクォリティー、ボリューム共に満足。スタッフさんの対応も丁寧でとても良い宿です。

ホテルスタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。 アメニティは機器類は必要な物はありましたが、フェイスタオルとバスタオルが各1枚しかなく少し使いずらかったです。ボディタオルが無くカウンターで圧縮のスポンジが有ったのですが、とても使いずらかったです。シャンプーが切れて使えなかったのと、シャンプー容器が壁に据え付けのため、とても推すと壁に向って出るためとても使いづらかったです。 掃除は大体綺麗なのですが、見えづらい所（ユニットバスの壁と便器の隙間、蛍光灯のカバーの中の虫、壁の下の方の汚れ、便器にサボったリング）に汚れが少し有るくらいです。 ロビーに無料のコーヒーが有ったそうですが、受付で渡された案内に書いて有ったのみで、家にかえってからパンフレットを、みて気づきました。 総合的にみて、交番の脇なので安心感は最高です。 部屋はとても狭かったですが、一晩寝るだけなら問題はありません。

Hotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
