Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff.
Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

We hebben daar vier dagen gebleven. Uitgeverkamers zijn ruime en badkamers zijn ook voldoende ruime.
Het hotel ligt in het bezet gebied en loopafstand van de achterzijde van het station. In tegenovergestelde kant zijn er goede hotels voor eten.
Over het geheel genomen was onze verblijf comfortabel en probleemloos

Security and valet was very good
Front desk not upto the mark they were not welcoming and not friendly even though its our second visit, checking in even after we have already booked one more room for our family member they said ”there is no such name in their booking list” inspite the rooms were all booked in the same name a day before plus no bell boy was provided during check out.
Restaurant service during breakfast was very good and all the staff was so sweet and very friendly.
Housekeeping was very good too and helpful but there was a stain on the pillow in room no. 606.

Staff was nice and understanding . There were mosquitos in the entrance hall and near pool
So much . Otherwise very comfortable stay . It’s bit outside city but airport is near . I love concierge service . I live valet service.

We reached gauhati from calcutta at 1.00 noon .we were alloted rooms immideatly and our luggage was sent to room . The property was excellent . Lush green . Shivji temple was there
They had golf carts for internal transportations
Food was very good
Staff was very courtous
We had two nights stay . The room was spacious . Bathroom clean
Flush was working
They had a generator for power backup

Отель оставил максимально приятное впечатление: огромные, уютные номера, которые каждое утро наполняются пением птиц. Услужливый персонал, который по абсолютно адекватной цене забронировал для нас все сафари. Расположение в пяти минутах ходьбы от центрального входа.
Из минусов отмечу только рестораны. Оба. Дорого и не очень вкусно, завтраки скудные. При том заказанная в номер еда была вкусная и дешевле, чем в ресторане, рекомендую пользоваться этой опцией на ужин

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and dining area. However the rooms are quite dated and since it's in a busy part of town, you should expect to hear noose from the traffic when you're in your room. Overall, it's clean and it is relatively comfortable.

hi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed .
food is also very nice . 👍

GGuest UserThe property is at a prime location in Pan Bazaar. Staff were cooperative, check-in was quick and the room was allotted within 15-20 mins of arrival. Room amenities included AC, TV, Twin Bed, Wardrobe, Tea/Coffee making sachets. No dental kit was provided however after calling the room service, the same was immediately delivered. In house dining is available but the price is very high. Overall a decent stay.

AAnton LeonovThe hotel left the most pleasant impression: huge, comfortable rooms filled with bird singing every morning. Service staff who booked all safari for us at an absolutely adequate price. Location in five minutes walk from the central entrance.
From the downsides I will note only restaurants. Both. Expensive and not very delicious, breakfast is scarce. At the same time the ordered food was delicious and cheaper than the restaurant, I recommend to use this option for dinner
