"Everything at the resort was incredibly systematic and well-organized, resulting in a completely frustration-free stay. We arrived at 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room for an early check-in at 1 PM after a minimal wait! We opted for the 6-activity package—a great value according to my husband—which included a fantastic 2-hour karaoke session and access to the kids' indoor playground. We highly recommend the 6-activity package; it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. The resort's punctuality was excellent: our in-room couple's massage therapists arrived exactly on time, and the fire for our 6:30 PM outdoor BBQ was already set up by 6 PM.
The sound proof is not so good especially when the kids sleep at the teepee materials but when they are tired they still can fall asleep fast just that the next door kids wake up so early. Have to expect sound as it is glamping."

"My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air.
The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly.
Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment!
All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^"

We booked a stunning two-bedroom villa featuring its own private pool, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect sanctuary for a romantic getaway. Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. IIZhengThe stay at Natra Bintan was amazing. Room is clean and cozy, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located at the Treasure Bay where you get to play both the land and water activities and is just 5 mins from ferry terminal. Scenery is stunning and feels relaxing. Downside is all activities are a bit pricey in Treasure Bay. Breakfast choices are great and delicious. Managed to capture both sunset and sunrise at the resort.

As of June 2026, MAXONE Batam offers simply the cleanest and most well maintained rooms in the whole of Kepulauan Riau. No question. The only hotel able to compete with the obsessive cleanliness is their next door neighbour 4 star property adjacent! There are new 5 star hotels on the island where the level of maintenance does not meet the standards set by MAXONE Batam.
Highly recommended for leisure travellers who DON'T require pool, gym or breakfast included in the price. What you will get is a sense of luxury and commitment to quality and service excellence.
Not recommended for longer stays and business travellers due to poor WiFi stability and shortage of work space / work surfaces in the rooms, that are small and a tight squeeze by Indonesia standards.

This was one of the best family holidays we've had.
From check-in to departure, every interaction with the staff was sincere and heartfelt. You can tell that everyone genuinely enjoys looking after guests.
A special highlight was the spa. My mother enjoyed the 90-minute full spa experience after the reception patiently explained the different packages to help us choose the most suitable treatment. The Chinese-speaking masseuse was exceptional and made the experience incredibly relaxing.
Our daughter also had an amazing holiday. She loved Earth Basket, where Kiki made the visit engaging and fun, as well as the watersports, especially her first-ever banana boat ride, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding.
We also joined the complimentary stargazing sessions on both evenings. Idu and his colleague on one night, and Rusdi and his colleague on the next, shared fascinating knowledge about the moon, stars, navigation and astronomy. It became one of the most memorable activities of our stay.
The front desk team, especially Haykal, Feronica and Gian, were always quick to assist us through WhatsApp and in person. Breakfast had an excellent variety every morning, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculately maintained.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Mustika, whose leadership and personal warmth were evident throughout the resort. Seeing him personally come over to bid us farewell before we left for the ferry was a wonderful way to end our stay.
The Residence Bintan delivers genuine hospitality in every sense of the word. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bintan and look forward to coming back again.

GGuest UserWe recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests.
1. Room Consistency & Communication
Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved.
2. Villa Room Maintenance
On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression.
We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved.

ZZaya1992This hotel truly offers great value for money; I only paid a little over 500 when I booked it. The rooms are average, especially the bathroom, which I really didn't like. It's too small, and the shower only has a half-glass door, so water splashes out everywhere when you shower. The sink is a vessel sink, making it easy to splash water all over when washing clothes. Also, some details in the room show that the decor was done quite carelessly, with many paint seams not properly finished.
However! The hotel's public areas and staff are exceptional. The public areas are beautiful, and it's very close to Lagoi Plaza. The sea outside isn't crystal clear, but the sand on the beach is decent. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, always answering my questions patiently. I'm very satisfied! The hotel breakfast is also pretty good, with plenty of options, though it might not have suited our personal taste.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's the kind of place I'd definitely stay at again if I have the chance!
