Ik verbleef vier dagen lang in het Four Points by Sheraton Hotel tijdens mijn reis naar Bintan en was over het algemeen zeer tevreden. Het hotel was schoon en de service was uitstekend. Op de laatste dag, toen ik mijn telefoon in de auto liet liggen terwijl ik naar de haven werd gebracht, werd hij proactief teruggegeven – heel eerlijk! Het enige minpuntje was het wifi-signaal van het hotel, dat erg zwak was. Het hotel heeft verschillende restaurants en het eten is redelijk goed. Je hoeft alleen je kamernummer op te geven om te eten en je hoeft geen pinpas te gebruiken om te betalen. Het zwembad is vrij groot, maar ligt vol met bladeren.
The room is clean and well-kept. The daikin aircon is cool but a bit noisy.. Not sure if it's the water or heater but showering is quite an adventure. All in all, I am especially pleased with the concierge and the doormen - they are fab, friendly, and pleasant.
There's a safe in the cupboard. It would be nice if they have a charcoal bag to absorb all the funky odors from clothing after a night out at A2 food center less than 300 meters away from BCH.

our first time to the resort and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves and love it! the hotel is very convenient with kids-friendly amenities including the indoor playground with children’s activities / workshop for the kids. there are a few different pools to explore as well and beach nearby to play with sand. there is also a spa for adults to relax. overall a very suitable place for family with kids as well as anyone who wants to just chill and relax! also would like to mention that all the staff were very friendly and nice with excellent service. we will definitely go back again! the room itself is also very big and clean. twin room is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep in.
Our 2nd time staying here and we booked a total of 4 rooms. All was good except that your breakfast can be improve with more selection like having a egg live station and a porridge section. Bread toaster as well was not working well, waited for 20mins and still the bread is not well toasted. We decided to go over to Golden View Hotel and pay for our breakfast on the 2nd morning.
We had dinner on out first night but was disappointed with your dessert. Both the lava and cheese cake taste like it been kept for weeks, does not taste fresh.
This is a first time I’m staying here, perfect location as for family can walk to the one Batam mall and opp there’s a lotus supermarket.
Pool and gym just nearby, convenient for parents to workout while kids having good time in the pool. Last day after breakfast we spent time playing pool just outside the breakfast area. Children enjoyed it.
Staff is helpful and polite.

İt were great 4 days stay. We loved everythig. The stuff are amazing the check- in was smooth and light.We went on monsoon season so couldnt swim at the sea but it didnt bothered us, the swimming pools are clean and with nice sorrouding.You can use restaurant and swimming pool next door sister hotel and also book lovely dinners at Banyan tree hotel they will bring you to the restaurant with buggy.On our first evening we join the BBQ dinner and it was absolutely lovely and worth the money, food was great.Alsobook your SPA treatment we went twice with my son and iyit was perfect, the massage is professional and relaxing, the programs are nice variety amd the prices are reasonable.The only disappointing thing its a ferry from Singapore to Bintan during the monsoon season, so dizzy fizzy never felt that bad on a boat. Of course it şs nothing to do with the hotel.

Everything at the resort was incredibly systematic and well-organized, resulting in a completely frustration-free stay. We arrived at 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room for an early check-in at 1 PM after a minimal wait! We opted for the 6-activity package—a great value according to my husband—which included a fantastic 2-hour karaoke session and access to the kids' indoor playground. We highly recommend the 6-activity package; it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. The resort's punctuality was excellent: our in-room couple's massage therapists arrived exactly on time, and the fire for our 6:30 PM outdoor BBQ was already set up by 6 PM.
The sound proof is not so good especially when the kids sleep at the teepee materials but when they are tired they still can fall asleep fast just that the next door kids wake up so early. Have to expect sound as it is glamping.
My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air.
The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly.
Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment!
All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

Uitgestrekt gebied met villa's en hotels.
Locatie - Het is ver van de stad (geen probleem, want er is niets in Tanjung Pinang City), maar dichtbij de veerbootterminal.
Alle voorzieningen, maar ik weet niet zeker of het onderhoud goed is - leek verwaarloosd voor Flying Fox, boogschieten, muurklimmen.
Kamer was oké, bed en kussens waren comfortabel. De waterdruk in het toilet was laag en de douche was niet prettig.
Onmogelijk om rond te bewegen in Grab of Gojek en boek alstublieft uw huurauto. Degene die door het hotel werd aangeboden was hoog. In feite biedt het hotel een reeks voorzieningen, maar de prijs is hoog.
Nam de buggy om te verkennen en het kostte SGD 20/uur.
Heb gegeten in Coffee House en 2pax was SGD 80; service was goed, maar kwaliteit niet zo (zoutig).
Everything is good, we went there for 4 days 3 night, they gave us 3 days Starbuck voucher, the location is the best to us as we like Grand Batam Mall alot, just 3 to 5mins to walk there, the food is also quite nice to us

CChengzhen YuRecently stayed at Montigo with my family as it was my boy’s birthday celebration, and wanted to share our experience.
Upon check-in, there was some issue between their system and my booking through the app, which took more than 30 minutes to resolve. Luckily the place wasn’t crowded, and my kids didn’t get bored while waiting.
One thing I liked was the baggage delivery service from place to place. Requests can be made through WhatsApp and their response was pretty fast, which made things quite convenient.
Currently, one of the restaurants is under renovation, so we had lunch at Tiigo. Personally, I didn’t really enjoy the food, but I have to give credit to the view — that was easily a 10/10.
As for the room, we had some issues with the bathroom design/drainage. Water in the bathing area didn’t drain properly and would get trapped at one side of the bathroom. The bathtub water would also flow into the toilet area, making the whole floor wet, especially when my kids were playing in the bathtub.
It became quite slippery and my kids actually took turns falling in the bathroom, which was a little concerning from a safety perspective.
On the positive side, because it was my boy’s birthday celebration, they were very thoughtful and kind enough to prepare birthday decorations and a cake for him, which was a really nice touch and made the experience feel special.
Overall, despite a few areas that could be improved, especially the bathroom setup in our room, we still enjoyed the stay and appreciated their service. I would still come back again, but probably not choose the same room.

GGuest UserThe concept of glamping is novel, but once is more the enough.
We traveled during the Singapore school holidays, so the resort was packed. As such, our neighboring tents were all occupied. Due to the close proximity and strange tent age acoustics. I was able to hear the neighbors chatter, even when both us and neighbours were in our own tents.
Our tent was located to some bigger tents with outdoor benches. Some residents hung out, drank and smoke late into the night.
Honestly, I had the worst sleeps during the trip. For light sleepers. Please pack ear plugs.
Treasure bay is also operated independently from Natra. Please take note. There were some hiccups when I tried to book activities via the hotel and the vendor was not the most polite.
During peak season, popular activities and rides are quickly booked up, so please plan ahead .
EEgy MuNear that beautiful beach with white sand and a gentle breeze in March, we experienced various kinds of delicious, albeit pricey, Nusantara Fried Rice and breakfast options that we ordered from a freshly cooked menu made with fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed the Pandan Piña Colada during our second stay at this resort. I will definitely miss you, Nirwarna Resort Hotel!
FFelicityfyRoom was amazing. Managed to purchase an upgrade to the Seaview Villa and it was so spacious. Comfy kingbed, Huge bathtub and a pooldeck!
Only issue with the room was the toilet starting to smell especially after flushing or at night after returning to the room.
The resort provided complimentary transport to and from the ferry terminal so that made things very convenient. Within the resort itself, we had 2 bicycles to use or you could call for the buggy to ferry you around places.
The service and staff were impeccable, they truly made you feel like very special guests! Would highly recommend the spa, the massages were heavenly.
Would definitely come again and experience more at this resort.

You can contact the hotel the day before check-in to arrange a pick-up from the ferry drop-off point, and when you're ready to leave, you can also book a free ride from the hotel to the pier. It's incredibly convenient. We were so lucky to have this driver; he proactively helped us with our luggage, assisted us with our visa on arrival, and even filled out our immigration cards... The service was top-notch! The hotel environment is also fantastic. Everything about this trip was great, apart from the bad weather. I'll definitely be back!
GGuest UserWe recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests.
1. Room Consistency & Communication
Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved.
2. Villa Room Maintenance
On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression.
We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved.

XXNTANWe truly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn and it is spacious and conducive for our family of 3. There are a lot of compartments within the room for you to store your stuff (especially when you are travelling with a toddler).
The hotel service is great too. They provide shuttle bus service every hour to Plaza Lagoi. We took it to get lunch before our room was ready. The spa within the hotel is relaxing and a good break for us. We are also impressed with the gym equipment too. It is well equipped.
Unfortunately, the food quality really need to be improved. We gave our feedback and was pleasantly surprised that changes and improvement were made.
We look forward to coming back again when the additional upgrades are completed. We are excited to learn that there is going to be a bigger wellness centre within with more spa and salon related treatment. Most importantly, the staff service were great. We are thankful for all the help and attention to details from everyone in the hotel especially when travelling with a toddler.

We celebrate our father's bday at Rempah Kitchen and the staffs sang bday song and gave us a free bday cake. Am impressed with their service and hospitality. Would love to come back to 4 points again!
Ppeipei anThe room was great and the sea view was beautiful, with good service all around. Although there was a minor hiccup during check-in (the air conditioning was broken), the maintenance staff tried their best to fix it, and housekeeping called several times to check if the AC was working properly. I was very satisfied with how this was handled.
The only downside is that there's only one restaurant. Personally, I think the restaurant's view is unbeatable, and the food quality is above average. However, the dinner buffet wasn't particularly good; ordering à la carte would have been better.
Also, the cleanliness of the cups in the room needs improvement, and there was quite a bit of dust in the bathtub on the balcony.
